Waves Hand Car Wash Osterley

Really pleased I went here, £53 for interior, exterior and the deep cleaning of two seats because the kids had spilled drinks all over it, it was horrible and dried into the seats. Daniel did a fab job, they took card payment and had it ready in less than 90mins. I hardly wash my car and they did a fabulous job, took all the moss out of all the windows!

The wash was ok, not the best. Also was about 10 pounds more than other nearby hand car wash’s. You pay for the proximity to Tesco. Not terrible. Just very average considering the cost of the wash, missed things on the car (half the tyres had little to no tyre shine), dirty marks on car still. They cleaned it in the end after pointing it out but was still just ‘ok’.

My fiance just returned from this wash, she was overcharged on size (£32 for a Renault Zoe ! - obviously not a large car and backed up by waves size guides) Also did a pretty poor job with dash still dusty, dirt in corners, only half the alloys were cleaned deeply. Shame as previously paid this sort of amount at the same location for my 4x4 and they've done a good job. Unclear if they are taking advantage of Women by themselves but on conversation with friends that also previously recommended this place it seems to have gone downhill. Will need to find a new location

DO NOT USE!! Very disappointed. My daughter had her small Hyundai i10 washed there today. Very poor job. Door wells and central well including around the gear stick not even touched. The glass on the display was not polished. And for that the charged £45.00!!! I have had my cross-over mini valeted for £40. Absolutely disgusting, taking advantage of a young girl. Paramount to theft - may actually report to trading standards as they are definitely guilty of false advertising. 😡😡

One of the most efficient and hard working team. Did a very good job without rushing. Car feels like new again. Highly recommended.

They overcharged me for a van, even though i have small SUV. Substandard wash and hoover inside for £38. Total rip off, wouldn’t recommend going there

I had a terrible experience at this car wash. They spent barely 15 minutes washing my car, and the result was awful. The exterior was still dirty, with visible spots and dust all over. It looked like they just sprayed some water and called it a day. Definitely not worth the money or time — I do not recommend this place at all.

Car wash and interior clean was a good standard. However I feel like I was overcharged for using an in store voucher. Quote for my car was £32 for gold service but when I paid the charge was £38 less £5 using an in store voucher. £38 is for the next size of car. I will be generous and give 3 stars for the quality of service.

The worst place and the most expensive

Staff looked after my car very well. Cleaned it woth a lot of detail and effort. Patryk and Ramin work very hard

Daniel is a star! Attention to detail is always on point

First of all, there were dirty marks on the car and when we got it washed they were still there, even when we told him about the dirt he didn't bother to do anything. At the bottom there are still spiderwebs and loads of soap which hasn't been cleaned, when you ask for help for them to do it properly and professionally they say it cannot be done, even though I could probably do it myself at home. It's hard to communicate with them as they don't speak proper English. Also, the water marks had dried up and looks dirty on the car. Paid for nothing just to be annoyed after and un satisfied. Will not be returning at all.

The car was polished 2 weeks ago before i took her for a wash and the guys give me scratches. You can see them they are made in the way houw they use the cloth. Unprofessional .

A few months ago, I had my car washed here, and Mr. Daniel was incredibly helpful in explaining the various options available. I chose the inside-and-outside wash, which was offered to me at a great price by Mr. Daniel. The team did a very professional job, and I was extremely satisfied with the service.

They are really good and hard working with great attention to detail. I went for the Bronze wash + Wax for which they did a very good job.
