Extremely rude staff and poor washing technique. The owners/management always talk rudely about other customers, I have on multiple occasions heard them use racial slurs in their own language to a Sikh customer (I am not Sikh myself). When you tell then they've missed a spot they shout at you saying you get what you pay for and try to get you get the more expensive service. Never going here again and I hope others avoid this place - shame because the first time I went they were very nice and gave my car a decent clean. As soon as they realise you're a regular they treat you and your car like s***.

Poor cleaning I had to finish it off myself. Wasn't hoovered properly and wiped inside and outside I could see black spots. Very noticeable my car is yellow. For £20 I was expecting much better clean. Never, never again.

Took my car for a wash here today they blasted off my fuel cap from using the pressure washer too closely to the car and then refused to take responsibility for this and claimed it was already broken which is impossible as my fuel cap cannot sit on in position without the mechanism being intact we also watched the CCTV and saw it come flying off. The guy who broke it admitted fault and said he did t realise the cap was partially open and he sprayed it without looking but was hushed by another employee who said he doesn’t understand English and has got his facts wrong.I asked to take a video on My phone of the CCTV but was told not until I pay. I left refusing to pay as I now have to replace my Fuel cap which broke due to the employees negligence. Stay away from this place and listen to the rest of the reviews that say how bad this place is! in reply to your comment about a quotation of how much a replacement is I googled how much a new fuel cap is and checked eBay on my phone which can be proven by my browser history. please do contact the police and the dvla I await communication from them :). If a business has acted negligently which you have a sign saying you take no responsibility is irrelevant as your employee admitted to breaking the fuel cap. it would not be possible for me to have turned up with it broken already as it will not sit in the housing if it is broken at all it would simply fall out as it did when your employee tried to put it back on after he snapped it.

Had the worst experience ever got a new car took it to the car wash and they scratched the whole car do not go there they must have dropped the cloth and didn’t want to take responsibility for it.

Don't leave your mobile in the car - that's all I can prove.

Do not go here, will do a quick rushed job. No concern for getting in the corners. DO NOT USE.

Terrible place took my car there on a friday to have it cleaned before going to a funeral and they scratched the top of the bonnet, a 68 plate car scratched, went back the same day and boss was not there, went back the Sunday spoke to the boss and he would not accept responsibility, said it wasnt his fault and would not to do anything about it. DO NOT!!! take your car there, they are useless and unhelpful!!

Very expensive. Usually, the cost for in and out is £15 to £20, but they charged £35. It’s nothing special, so I can't justify this rip-off.

Good car wash in terms of the job but the main guy who actually spoke to me was very rude. Was a bit baffled walked up to me very slowly and just stared and made me really uncomfortable. Difficult to talk to and just ask for a car wash. Seemed miserable and moody. Probably wont come back for that reason.

It was quick and car is clean. Everyone was polite with me.

Reasons for not giving a second thought to this business - 1) One of the reviews said they use racial slur against Sikhs. I'm a Sikh (although that has never affected my stand against any form of racism, against anyone) and decline to even consider as a protest 2) Having read their replies to other reviews, it was clear they are rude and would never accept their mistake, but go an extra length to blame the customer
