BP - Car Wash

It's just your average car wash with very little time to wash the car, compared to how much money you need to spend.

Good little Budgens shop. Great car wash facilities. Always got a good selection of food too. Gets quite busy at peak times. Not much parking, but normally quiet in the afternoons. Also has Premium fuel options.

Car wash charged me double (£12 rather than £6) and stripped some of the paint off my car. AVOID!

Car wash had no foam. Asking for a refund was not straightforward, with the attendant claiming our car was clean, that we had bought a program without foam. Explaining to customers in the queue the situation, the attendant then claimed it was another program not working, chancing that the other customers would not notice the issue. We also asked for a replacement bbq gas bottle, only to be told unapologetically that there was none and to go somewhere else, but no help in identifying where. Bad faith, bad practices ,bad customer service.This is not my first bad experience there, so I strongly suggest avoiding this place if you can.

Currently priced at £1 per minute (and you can choose when to switch modes). Contactless payment only. Relatively well maintained, and the only decent jet wash in the area

One pound per minute is insane..

Finally a jet wash, proper self service. But it needs coins. Two positions available. Also, a brush automated car wash, but was out of order today. Not that I care. I washed my car well for 4 quid.

Hopeless, does not work. BP/ budgens staff unprofessional, bordering hostile
