Waves Hand Car Wash Elmers End

Never again. Went to get my car exterior washed today and they’ve managed to quite visibly gouge multiple marks into my paintwork across the bonnet and doors. Very annoying! I’ve used this place for years when I just wanted to get a quick wash done in between using my detailer guy but lesson learned. Stick with proper detailer!

Would not even give these guys 1 star! Absolute disgrace. 2 cars for them to wash, 1 car was washed terribly. The other car not been touched but wiped with dry microfibre cloths, then passed of as washed. The wheels and alloys were filthy, the manager tried to claim it was rust!! On a brand new car? It was dirt that i wiped away with my finger! They tried to force us to pay, despite not actually washing the car. Unfortunately, i paid before even checking my car like an amateur. We went on a busy afternoon, the sun was out and the car wash was empty. So we seized the chance. Now we know why it was empty. My advice dont go there ever!!!!!! They should be closed down. Look out for the blonde lady with horrible dyed hair, she was wearing a pink puffer jacket. Shes the worst!!

Paid £25 for small car (seat leon) waiting time around 1hr (sunday) Results not the best, friendly staff tho

Do not waste your money here. I paid £60 for a valet on a second hand car I bought in January and my car was still dirty. They tried to charge me an additional fee for dog hair removal when there was still a lot of dog hair in the car.

Took my car for a wash, not only was it expensive but my car now stinks of damp and the smell won’t go away…

I went Friday for a in&out wash , the manager over there ask 45£ for a 8 seater . I did not bargain at all , I asked if possible for a bit more pressure wash on the rear door as I had some stickers removed , it didn’t worked ( stubborn stickers) paid and went home Sunday when I took the car to go to work I saw a knob missing from driver side dash vent , founded in the central box between seats Monday on my way home I stopped and asked to get refunded at least for second hand part but I was called a liar because the knob could have been broken before , so I went to carwash and paid 45£ to get 20£ refund for a car part . Never again, there is a god up there who is watching

The clean was....fine...they missed a few bits but no bother wasnt expecting amazing! However they added a £5 heavily soiled car charge - i challenged this and they agreed but said it was in fact for a wax they used. I HATE it when there is a random charge, the reason for which changes each time you ask. That and if they did wax it, they didnt do it well at all.

Asked for the £40 wash thats advertised, was told it was too dirty and wanted £60. If you're going to make up prices on the spot dont have a price board. Borderline scam, avoid.

Booked on the website and was told it would be £25. Turned up and the guy said it would be no where near £25 because the car was dirty? Apparently they only clean cars that are already clean. Awful customer service also.

No receipt given. I had an outside only car wash for a Kia Nito and paid £20 for it. Outrageous considering that the job was poorly done and moat local hand car washes charger 15-25 for inside-outside. Would not recommend

I have used this car wash on several occasions and years ago it was a lot better. I went yesterday to have an interior and exterior clean. We agreed a price however when I went back to collect my car the franchise owner said it is £5 more as it was dirtier that we thought. Now this is the interesting point. I have no children, and I only use it for taking the dog out and shopping. I had it cleaned a week ago at another car wash service. I just felt that he had my car keys, and I did not want to get into confrontation with him. Beware as the price they agree is not what you pay when you collect. Also, above all it was a poor service. I had to hover it when I got home. Lesson is not going back. Also, when I arrived, I was the only customer and when I got my car there was no one there so obviously people are becoming aware. Beware.

An absolutely disgusting service for £60. I would not bother. I could have done the job they did, I bought it to them for a proper valet of the car. My partner was explicit in the service needed which they ignored. They did a £60 clean that was appalling and as much soiling as there had been was still present. The outside of the car was smeary and the inside of the car had dog hair, sick and mud on it still. When approached about the substandard car cleaning all this company did was shift the blame in to my partner.

Depending on who you ask you will get different prices. £35 for a small car today ! 2 weeks ago it was £25...

I only used Waves as my normal car wash was closed. Was shocked that a jet wash, soap down and dry to the outside only was £15. I wished I’d asked the price first, my fault.

Very friendly, and understanding did in a timely manner would recommend to anyone..
