Don’t be tricked by the new shiny vacuum - it’s rubbish .. It doesn’t pick up most things from the carpets and takes for ages to hoover your car. I would need to spend 10 quid to get the job done. I went to complain about blocked hose to the attendant and asked for some free time to compensate for what i paid for already. He’s answer was “no” as it’s some separate company which manages those and I have to email them to get a £2 credit. Yes you read correctly - there’s a company which empties and services only petrol station hoovers so you can’t count on the attendants help if something’s not right and not even get a refund. Capitalist nightmare.

Lovely and helpful services. They always ask if you have the shell app, I like that about them, I have been able to collect points just because they asked.

My experience here was pleasant. The stuff was competent and the bathrooms were clean

Came with a five liter container to fill it up, (which it had a small amouth of petrol still in it) filled up and the pump dysplay read I had to pay for 5.12 liters !! But the container only holds five. And had some in 🧐 someone is pinching your pockets !

Worse person at the till, Sangavi that's her, zero customer service skills no approach towards the customer, zero attitude to work. Every other person whom have worked at Beckenham shell has been a top notch apart from this person,

Awful service. Today, along with another customer before us, bought the token for the self service jetwash to clean our car. Turns out that the jetwash was broken - the person working knew this already and still sold it to us. He then refused even discussing about a refund.

The car wash that never works has a sign saying it's on sale, but if it's on sale and it doesn't work, it's better not to have it at all. And it says it's open. Very disappointed, especially since the owner said he replaced it with a new machine two weeks ago. I've been coming here for a month and still haven't seen it working.

Shell Beckenham Road Fuel Station Very disappointed with my experience this morning. I refuelled my car with V-Power and tried to use my Shell Rewards points through the app, but the counter staff had no idea how to process it. It’s frustrating when staff at a major brand like Shell aren’t trained on how to handle their own rewards system. I expect better customer service and basic knowledge of the app features next time.

Suppose to be an Amazon no label return place, but as always, they can't do returns. It's infuriating

This rating isn’t for the fuel, it’s for the car wash. The automatic car wash was excellent and completely hassle-free. Definitely worth it! They also have hand car wash, a convenience store, air & vaccum service which makes it a one-stop spot.

EV CCS charging is slow. Find another unless you really need charge

There's a younger Indian answering. He is very invasive asking personal questions, he keeps staring at women and it's an uncomfortable situation. I can't buy coffee anymore because I feel embarrassed when I see that it's this employee who's at the store cashier.

I took my car through the robot wash at Shell Beckenham and was shocked to find that my roof was scratched. It appears the antenna from the dryer mechanism was sticking out and caused noticeable damage. I’m extremely disappointed, as I now need to have the roof repainted—something that will cost me a lot of time and money. This should not happen in an automated wash and I expect better safety and maintenance standards. Very frustrating experience.

Car wash with newly installed Karcher carwash equipment. Not too many queues and fair price with shell club card members.

Very rude staff

Usually good service however staff are unable to correctly scan items/ offers clearly shown and overcharge you and also the car wash facilities are often out of order.

I used this petrol station to fill up my car and leave. The staff at the counter are friendly too.
