CPV Hand Car Wash Epsom

CPV had been recommended to us as we had a new car and were nervous about scratches from previous car wash experiences. We called beforehand and the owner was so understanding and talked through how they ensure no scratches etc. We visited today and it was first class service and he made us feel so at ease and confident with the clean, he saw through the whole clean personally to ensure we were satisfied. Highly recommend!

Got an i10 cleaned after a year of kids in car seats in the back. Car was spotless afterwards.

Got my car wash and after i find thing missing in my car

This was alright for a while - never brilliant but alright. Now it’s ridiculously expensive for what they deliver. They spend a while on each car but they’re never really paying attention, and there are always obvious bits missed. In future I’ll alternate much cheaper basic washes with proper valeting for a better result.

Beware of them overcharging. Will definitely charge higher rates if they can get away with it. Best to go elsewhere.

Used to be operated by East Europeans, but they have all gone home I guess. Rarely used, but as I have to return my lease car I thought it deserved a treat. Was good, but now it isn’t. Had basic outside wash and they used to do a very good job. Lots of water used, but with poor results.When I got home discovered mud still caked on the wheel arches, the alloys were still dirty and whilst they attempted to clean the door insides, they made a poor job of it. 2 of the tyres had been re-blacked, and 2 had not. Lots of tree sap marks remained on the paintwork. Can’t fault their effort, but results were poor. Rewashed and cleaned by me and now looking good.

Extremely pleased with CPV car wash. They all do a very good job. Will always use them from now on.

Good friendly service

Asked for inside and out. When they asked for payment I inspected the car and had to get them to hoover extra in the back where they had missed some. Then asked them if they were going to clean the wheels as they were still dirty and they said the dirt wouldn't come off. I wiped it with my finger and it started coming off. They then said sarcastically that they weren't going to use their fingers to clean it, so I asked if they had something better than their cloths to clean it with. They let me try and I rubbed it with what they used (using some elbow grease) and it started coming off slowly, to which they replied it would take them hours and they weren't going to do it. Kept asking me how I was going to pay when they could see I was unhappy with the job they had done. Begrudgingly paid. Poor service & poor quality for money, not going back.

I can't fault the clean but £42 feels a bit steep

Five-star service from the car wash I use! I took my white Mercedes A-Class there and the guys were really attentive, paying great attention to detail and following my instructions really well. It cost me £27 — not the cheapest, but definitely not too expensive either, especially considering the results, which I was really happy with. If I had one note, I’d say they could perhaps be slightly more friendly, but it’s not an easy job and it was very cold outside. They certainly weren’t rude, and taking that into account, they still did a great job. I’d happily return to get my car cleaned again.

Their price list said £20 for an outside only wash only to be told it was £22 when it was time to pay. I see I'm not the only one who has experienced this according to other reviews. Dishonest people, I certainly won't be going back.

Good job but pricey apparently just gone up £38 pound (although advertised £35) for Kia Sportage inside and out. Boot completely lined.

Bad tar splashes from newly resurfaced road in France around lower part of car and on alloy wheels. Took car into COV at Epsom and they sorted at very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

21/06/2025 - When I took my Lexus RX in this afternoon the last thing I expected was an argument or to be shouted at. A certain operative did not like it because my car is 'ghosted' and I would not let him move my car or give him the codes so that he could do so. The 'so called' manager appeared pretty useless as he would not intervene when a member of his staff was shouting at a customer and went and stood at the other end by there office. For £45 the work was shabby, marks remain on the seats and the parcel shelf still has grit all over it from when I went to the local tip this morning. I have used this car wash's services previously without any issues, but doubt I will do so again.
