Prices gone up and quality gone down. Most expensive car wash I've ever done and the car wasn't even clean! Mats look dusty, several stains left inside and outside the car. Last time coming here for sure

They do not follow the prices they advertise, my car had dust on it, nothing too bad no bird poo or anything and they want £20 for it instead of £10. Very rude manner too though I’ve not argued I just said fine I do not want it if not for the advertised price.

Worst place I have ever been. The staff are not professional and treat people very badly. They also waste a lot of your time.

Worst car was services ever, took 45 minutes, car left with streaks, had to go home and clean again. Inside the car smudged screen because they used dirty microfiber cloths, don't go. I am a chauffer driver and use car cleaning services on a daily basis. This was the first and thr last time going. Save yourself the time and headache.

They used to be better. Nowadays, every time I go there, there are always new people washing my car - guys who either seem like they have never washed a car before or simply do not care. They have always been quite chaotic, running back and forth from one car to another, switching between them, and not even knowing where the previous guy left off (because no single one of them would undertake at least one washing stage till the end). Also, they would always keep scratching the paint with zipped clothing. But the last time was a complete nightmare. One of the guys sprayed my wheels with a brake dust cleaning acid (not some domestic-grade product, but an extremely powerful industrial one, that has to be rinsed in seconds). Then he sprayed only half of the car to soak it, while another guy started hand-washing the other half while still dry, on a car completely covered in dust and pollen. I then asked him to rinse the acid off my wheels after they had left it on for around five minutes. He rinsed two of them and then went somewhere else. Another guy took over and washed and rinsed the car, but it was still a very poor job. Afterwards, my wheels were so rusty overall. I still have acid run marks imprinted on my rotors, some of the brake caliper paint has dissolved and run onto the wheels, all the wheel bolts are rusty, and the brake pads now stick to the rotors like they are fused together every time I park. That acid crystallized all over my wheels and brake system! Absolute nightmare. If I had a newer car, I would sue them for this - and I still might if I notice any mechanical failure.

Yesterday I paid £40 to get a gold wash. When arriving I noticed a few issues but was shut down quickly twice. Apparently there was a makeup mark on the outside door that couldn’t be removed which is crap! When I got in the car there was smudges on the windows. The back seats still had marks on which i wiped away and then I stupidly opened the boot after I left and it wasn’t hoovered properly also there was dust left on headrests and dirt. Picture below. I was told it was a waste of my time going back and complaining as I was made to pay in cash. I wish I could give 0 stars! £40 for something I could of paid a kid to do for some pocket money! The service is always good and staff are friendly and polite. I never thought my headlights could be cleaned, but they did an excellent job. A picture speaks a thousand words! I have recommended friends and they too are impressed with the service. The best car wash in West London!

I used to come here all the time before but will not be back.They did my car in under 15mins. Was so rushed. Rubbish was left in the back and under the seats.when I opened the doors it was still dripping .no attention to detail.Said to me if I want it done properly, cost will be 50 pounds. ridiculous

Just had my car detailed by Illio and the team and I’m genuinely impressed. The team were professional, quick, and paid attention to every detail – from the wheels to the windows, inside and out. My car hasn’t looked this fresh since I drove it off the lot. Would highly recommend to anyone who values proper service and wants their car treated right. Definitely coming back.
