Excellent service at The Carwash Company, Ealing Broadway! Now under new management by Danish Qureshi, the service has improved noticeably. The staff are professional, friendly, and pay great attention to detail. My car was spotless inside and out, and the whole process was quick and efficient. Great value for money, and I highly recommend this car wash. I'll definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!

I did a platinum wash and it was totally worth it . This is under a new management now and these guy did a really good job.

I paid exactly £50, and all they did was vacuum the car. They barely even sprayed water on it. The whole car looked like it had been wiped down with dirty rags instead of being properly cleaned. Inside the car, there were greasy marks and streaks left behind from their filthy cloths. One of the main reasons I brought my red car in was because there were marks on the rear of the vehicle that I wanted removed. I pointed them out twice, and they still failed to remove them. Only after I complained again did they finally wipe them off with a cloth. I could have done that myself in seconds. I didn’t get a £50 service. I didn’t even get a £5 service. This was a complete waste of money and one of the most disappointing car wash experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

Just had my car washed at Ealing Broadway. I always go there. The service is excellent. An hour to do your shopping and your car is ready when you come back.

Worst place ever! I just took my car there and it had 5 different types of cleaning service, the guy said I could not choose, could only go for most expensive one because he would not clean my car for less than that. So there are choices but they don't allow us to choose. AVOID

Very poor experience at the car wash in Ealing Broadway shopping centre. I had booked and paid for an exterior clean, but on arrival was told the car was “too dirty” and that I would need to pay an additional £60 on top of the agreed price. I said I was happy for them to clean whatever they could for the original amount, but this was refused. I tried to find a reasonable compromise, but the attendant was unwilling to engage and the tone became uncomfortable, bordering on aggressive. In the end, I asked them either to do what they could or arrange a refund. When I returned, no work had been carried out at all, and there was still no willingness to engage or explain how to get a refund. Overall, a very poor customer experience — not just inflexible, but handled in a way that felt unnecessarily confrontational. I would strongly recommend clarifying pricing and expectations upfront if you’re considering using this service.

Convenient to have in a parking lot. Went for an interior and exterior clean which was reasonable (some left over debris left under windscreen wiper). However only 3 stars as an item which was in the car before, was no longer there on pick up. An important part of leaving the car with a car wash company is reassurance that the interior would be looked after respectfully. I will not come back.

If i could 0 i would scratches on car inside wheels not cleaned caliper still filthy spent 40 on a wash that i had to then take to my usuall car wash om syon lane and did the job properly never use this car wash

I've been here a few times and something is often missed. When I went back especially to point out that the wheel arches were still full of leaves and debris, I was incredulously informed that cleaning under wheel arches is not their job. "Gold Service" - not quite. Very poor and will not be returning with this or any other vehicle.

The workers there were very rude, didn’t want to wash my car. I had a little bit of dust and crumbs on the floor. They tried to charge me £50 for inside and out clean. And then the worker showed me serious attitude, for no reason.

STAY AWAY! My partner verbally asked for the £26.99 valet service. They checked the car inside with her and handed her a folded receipt which she placed in her bag. When she returned to pay they demanded £35 saying the car was dirty inside. This was not the case, she refused saying she had asked for the £26.99 service. The worker then said “look at your receipt” when she took it out of her bag they had indeed written £35 on it. She did not agree to that price nor was it mentioned when she initially dropped the car off. She would not have agreed to that price as the car was not particularly dirty and didn’t warrant a £35 valet. She was forced to pay it. They are scam artists as she will not be returning. DO NOT get your car washed there.
