Absolutely terrible experience. The website clearly states that this is a 24-hour car wash service, yet when I arrived I was told I could not use the facilities because the manager says it only opens at specific times. That is completely unacceptable and very misleading. The lack of customer service, poor communication, and overall laziness shown was extremely frustrating. If you advertise a 24/7 service, customers should be able to use it at any time — otherwise the information online needs to be corrected immediately.
The self service jet wash was great Easy to use and good value for money. The top up payment is good 👌
The car wasn’t cleaned at all and the platinum service left me with stained from dried wax dropped Would not recommend it
