Had the worst experience with a staff member named Sukee at the counter. We drove in to get our car washed and vacuumed (an Audi Q7), and when we went to pay for the vacuum, he only provided one token. The vacuum only runs for about four minutes per token, and since it’s a large vehicle, I explained that we needed more and were happy to pay for additional coins. However, he was being completely unreasonable, insisting that it’s “one coin per person” and refused to issue more, even though there were two of us myself and my brother. His excuse that “people take them” made no sense, as the coins hold no real value outside the car wash. The whole situation was frustrating and made no sense from a customer service point of view. If you plan to come here and need to vacuum a larger car, I’d suggest sending each person in separately to get additional coins, otherwise you’ll be stuck going back and forth every few minutes just to finish the job.

No customer toilet available even though it says there is

Horrible unprofessional staff...never on duty at night times need to keep on knocking no one to serve for 15 mins...they simply says "I'm working inside"

Car wash review. Payed for platinum, car wash still wet at the end of service (it was definitely water and not the gloss), not 100% effective against bird droppings. Would use again but I’d go for silver next time. Staff always friendly and cash point always in service

They make taxis , black taxis pay upfront at night. When a lot of us use fuel cards and are low risk of driving off without payment. Swerve this place

No toilet facilities here even though it’s listed on the shell app as having it

Staff "Ragu" is Very aggressive very unprofessionall swearing at customers without reason threatining them to not make him angry. Still looking for where i go to file this complaint completly unacceptable never in my life felt so threatened to get petrol in my life much less getting sweared at by a member of staff representing a company.
