Great hand car wash. Car was gleaming.

Just had my car (Hyundai Kona) washed in and out and was charged £25 as a "large vehicle". Firstly it certainly isn't large and secondly they did a half arse job. Opened the boot when I got home to find all the muck around the trim as in the pictures attached. The same around the front bonnet. Won't be going back!

The car wash opening hours do not match the times listed on Google Maps. I made a special trip there this morning to get my car cleaned, only to find the workshop completely closed and empty. It was a frustrating waste of time. Please update your opening hours to avoid inconveniencing other customers.

I had an awful experience at this car wash. Every staff member was rude, the customer service was terrible, and the car wasn’t even cleaned at all. I kept being sent from one person to another, and when I tried to speak to the manager, they were completely dismissive. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid, very slap dash, i went here for the first time as the one down the road had closed.i was charged £40 for a mini valet for a BMW convertible, previously £25 down the road. And the spec was not fulfilled I queried the price but was fobbed off. Oh btw I’m a woman, so it says it all like other female reviewers. Won’t be going back!

£15 for an external wash only leaving water streaks on the bodywork and windows. This place has gone downhill fast since last year. £10 wash and wax from the BP garage at Avery hill is a mich better alternative.

Worst car wash for the money you pay. ON THE SIGN IT SAYS £15 for small car which was a Toyota Argo after they cleaned it said the car was a medium sized car because it has four doors lol so they charged £20 after getting the car back home they missed loads of bits with dirt over. Been going to loads of car washes over the years this one is crafty with crap cleaning experience ontop of it. Useless car wash AVOID !!!!!!!

Avoid this car wash at all costs. One of the staff members was banging a spray bottle against our car so hard that we had to tell him to stop. His response? “Don’t worry, we have insurance up to £25 million.” Excuse me? Since when does having insurance make it acceptable to treat someone’s car like a punching bag? It got worse. Staff were grabbing and hanging onto the wing mirrors while cleaning, and we’re honestly shocked they didn’t rip them off. Every single door was opened and slammed shut as hard as possible, with zero care or respect for the vehicle. The attitude, the carelessness, and the complete lack of professionalism were unbelievable. Watching someone treat your car like that is genuinely stressful. If you value your car even a little bit, stay far away from this place.

The staff are really nice and accommodating. And they always clean the car well.

I went with my BMW 520. Given them £20 and when i saw inside they haven’t cleaned the seats proper and the matts. Upon asking them they said i have to pay more for extreme cleaning. I showed him the seats which were dirty then he cleaned that one but still the matts were dirty. I took the pictures as well. Never going there again.

I’ve been going to this car wash for 6 years, I know the owners, I went there last week and got my car washed. I noticed it was still dirty inside and asked them to clean it. They cleaned the wrong spot. Then I asked again, one small guy who I’ve not seen before angrily took the cloth from his colleague and cleaned the spot, cursed me out and told me never to come there again. I’m a woman trust me if I was a man they wouldn’t have tried it. I’m not going back there again. Thank you for showing that you hire someone who would be this vile to your loyal customers.

Damaged the wheels to my car by spraying acid on them should have known not to use harsh chemicals on the car and staff acts like doesn’t know what happened. Owner is nowhere to be seen doesn’t take or return calls phone is off avoiding customers! Read the message then blocked my number?! Very disappointing and unprofessional. I’ve been coming here years and this hasn’t happened before nor would I expect this vile sort of treatment. Stop using ACID and damaging peoples cars it’s totally unacceptable! AVOID!!!!!!! DODGY!
