First visit a few weeks ago, for external wash only. They jet washed the inside edges of my doors without asking first, and same around edges of boot (hatchback). That led to water dripping off the internal roof of the car and had to get them to dry it all up. Otherwise it was a good wash, but I am nervous to go back. They should ask before doing that - and why would you as the water goes everywhere internally.

Great car wash. Friendly and polite. Left with them for 40 minutes while I had lunch in Ruxley Manor. It’s as good as mobile car wash I’ve used but it’s half the price so definitely value for money. Really happy with the job done for the cost. £23 for inside and outside.

I usually clean my car myself and I'm very thorough , but that only suits me on warm summer days , so for the price and timeframe this handwash is first class and I can highly recommend

Have used this car wash a couple times, decent job when it is my personal car, anytime I come in my work van completely different service. It's obvious that vans get a lesser service and are made to wait more. Fair enough the money is paid by a fleet account but you are still being paid and I always leave a tip when the work is done well. This last visit they didn't even dry the van at all after spraying the soap off the car some guy smoking a cigarette just walks up and says you're done. Had to pull off to the side and dry the van myself although the service I paid for states that drying is included.

The external wash of my car was reasonable but the attitude of staff was pushy, arrogant and rude. I won’t be returning.

Absolutely disgraceful and shady business. Dropped my car off for a wash, handed them the keys, and came back to find a massive crack across my windscreen. Confronted the staff and, of course, they flat-out denied any responsibility. I asked for CCTV footage — they reluctantly showed me a few seconds and then refused to show the full video. Their excuse? “Come back tomorrow.” What a joke. Clearly, they’re hiding something. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero integrity.You might end up with damage and no accountability. Do yourself a favor — stay far away.

First time at this car wash and wow they were amazing. Won't be going anywhere else in future if they keep this standard up. 100% recommend.
