Friendly and helpful service and good value. Quick and easy.

Scratched the entire side of my BMW with multiple lines, running from front wing to rear bumper. Really poor.

Be wary of this place! They asked me to go & get cash! I said I prefer to pay by card, they then said its fine but we can't clean thoroughly as that will cost £85. So we will do a quick hoover for £35 and it will take 30 mins. Its seemed all very unusual and a tad dodgy, so I said no thanks and left. Be wary of this place!

Terrible customer service - say if I sue them they'll charge me for the legal fees. They say the damage to my car was caused by - wait for it - a cardboard box. Yes that's right a cardboard box created mechanical swirled paint damage to my car. £20 for a ceramic wash. Returned home to find this on my roof. The car wash denies it and says because not reported immediately they won’t even engage. Looking at the damage it’s quite clearly from a mechanical device. I’ve complained to head office and may consider small claims court (balance of evidence) but ultimately it’s likely to cost me £500-£750. Don’t use this place.

Today went and paid 75£ for my car full wallet.on Return car was full of dust on carpet.we were told that they washed stains with shampoo but when we checked there was still dust on it ,means were not washed or shampooed . When we tried to speak then me. Just walked away. Do not use this place again. Rubbish service . I have made an online complaint let’s see. Will follow

I want her to wash my car today. He doesn't wash my car properly; mosI would like her to wash my car today, as he does not clean it properly. I usually take care of most of the cleaning myself when I return home, but he tends to leave for the next customer when he finishes.

They used to be a lot better. Used today and the pre wash didn't conpletely remove dead insects on the windscreen or front of the car

Terrible service, outside and inside of the car not cleaned well at all. Staff rude, won’t be returning.
