Really bad washing. Also keeps telling me it will be ready in 30mins and it takes 1+ hour

The first time I used them was in late 2025 and I would have given them 5 stars then, based on quality of work and their competitiveness. On the second occasion I was badly disappointed with the service. For example they left some bird droppings on the bonnet that they said could only be removed with T-cut. That sounded like a get out. On the previous wash they must have used an expensive wash and wax soap that left the car quite clean and shiny for some weeks. But this time the quality of detailing and the finish only merited 2 stars.

Really impressed, good value and a good clean. The car was pretty grubby when I took it for the first wash in a couple of years, left it with them for 50 mins or so and am v happy with the result for £30 inside and out.

These people dented and chipped off paint right by my driver side door with the wash hose nozzle and then completely denied it and said it was already like that. They then suggested I had done it entering the wash.. And then would not show forecourt footage that would prove them liable!!!! Scumbags!!!!

Very professional. Did a fab job and really took their time to make sure it was all perfect!

March 2025 update. After returning to the car wash since my last 5 star review I am having to drop the stars to a 1. I would give non if I could but I would like to warn others DO NOT RISK your car getting damaged. Sometimes you won’t even notice until it’s a few days later when you take a closer inspection and realise things were not damaged before you got the clean. Although they seemed nice and got on with the job, they chipped my car’s paintwork near the boot, scratched the inside of my car window (pretty badly) and also deep deep scratches on the heating vent panels! I dare not to go back and confront them as they don’t seem to be the type who will take responsibility and will blame language barriers. For clarity I will keep my previous review to show my sincerity as I genuinely thought they were great and that is why I returned. Please, please don’t take the risk, there is also another review with a similar experience. Great car wash! The guys were really thorough and knew exactly what to do. They did a great job and took great care while cleaning. It’s not an easy job but you can tell they care about what they do. The price was also fantastic for what they offer. We will definitely be back, our looked brand new✨
