He didn't show up and didn't unswered to my message.

Nice guy, totally unreliable. First time he valeted the car, he did a nice job but one of the plastic door panels came off. He offered to return to repair it but never showed up. The second time I tried to book he just didn’t show up at all or respond to my messages. I’ve now booked via wash doctors.

Booking on the website was very easy, the valet service was very well done and the staff was so nice. Although he did turn up slightly late (morning traffic), the overall experience was great and would definitely recommend.

Have used Maru Detailing twice now for a full inside and outside clean, and they have done an excellent job each time. Really amazing clean (much better than other local companies I have used before), good communication and polite. Would definitely recommend

Service was excellent professional and I never had a problem from start to finish I had my A35 Merc full machine polish/ceramic coated and interior steam cleaned my car looks better now than when I bought it (no more swirls) I 100% recommend

I requested a valet for my car, I explained that I had a few light stains that I wanted removing from my car seats and wanted a good clean. They confidently said they could. Maru Detailing sent someone round, he did clean the inside of the car. But latter I noticed he left smears on the windscreen, dust on the dashboard, the centre counsel was still dirty, the inside door panels were still dirty, and when the seats dried they were more stained than before. Whilst cleaning the outside of the car there was a bit of light rain, I didn’t notice the following when it had stopped, the alloy wheels were very dirty, the was no tire shine, all the door sills were still dirty, all the black parts (Mud Guards, front grill, Bumper trims,) had a dull appearance and he never used back to black. I phoned up to complain they said they will rectify and wanted their customers to be happy. They sent the same guy round without the Valeting machine, he couldn’t clean the seat that he stained with cleaning fluid and a rotating brush and said he will have to return on the Saturday 24th September 2022 at 4pm with the valeting machine. Guess what, they never turned up and did not answer the phone. I am ashamed to say this, but I have been conned out of £90. YOU HVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT USE! Despite being a loyal customer for over two years, my recent experiences with Maru Auto Valet have been extremely negative. Michael ignored texts and calls about my bookings and failed show up or contact me about multiple appointments that I had set up. Unfortunately, I will not continue using his services due to poor communication and unprofessional behavior.

Michael arrived on time, was a pleasure to deal with an did an excellent job on a very dirty car. I will be using him again for sure. 10/10!

A neighbour recommended this service, so despite one bad Google review, I went ahead and I am glad to report that I came out very very satisfied, indeed. It seems to be a one-person operation at the time, so punctuality was an issue, to be honest, but he did call back and came when he said he was going to. In the end, my car came out looking great, so that's all that matters. At this competitive price, I think it's worth 5 stars.
