I have been served by many different members of staff and they are all professional but more importantly they are so warm and friendly. I think there's a brilliant team working at this particular garage

Absolutely terrible experience. I took my car there on the morning of the 10th of May and left with scratches all over my vehicle. It’s obvious the brushes were not cleaned or changed properly, and it completely ruined the paintwork on my car. Staff did not seem to care at all about the damage caused. A car wash is supposed to clean your car, not destroy it. I will never return and would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they want expensive damage done to their vehicle.

I purchased a Lebara voucher for £5 which did not work person behind the counter told me this in advance if it doesn't work it's not going to give me the money so he was aware of the issue with the Lebara today and still sold me the card do not buy labourer card from this because they do not refund your money

Stopped here to buy lunch at about 12:30 and pop to the toilet. The toilet was disgusting, extremely dirty with no toilet roll and no soap. The shop had very little main part of the meal deal available. Will not be returning here

I came to W3 by car from Coventry. I used this petrol station to fill the car and I was in a desperate situation to use the toilet. I asked the cashier if I can use the customer toilet, The cashier pointed the toilet. I walked in and I felt disgusting and sick. Very dirty and cleanliness. Unable to flush. I walked out and the disgust stayed with me permanently. Who ever owns this place should think of customer's convenient too.

I was Attended by this staff named Maria today at 13:47, when I asked pump 4 which fuel have I used she replies "don't you know which fuel you used? You must check before fueling, I don't want to ARGUE WITH YOU, you must see and know before fueling, wouldn't you pay if it wasn't the right fuel you preferred??? I just said I only wanted to confirm before paying which I always did with the staff there and they always replied best. This was a very bad behaviour and unexpected customer service.

Very poor service. No please, thank you or eye contact. I Ordered a ham and cheese toastie and a latte. They gave me incorrectly a cheese only toasty which was all squashed in the bag and a real mess and I just threw it away Coffee was soo hot it burnt my tongue. Real shame as usually these stations and the coffee are spot on

Please stop advertising as 24 hours it's wasting our time. Some people with safety critical night jobs drive 15 minutes or more for M&S food items to find it closed. It's either 24 hrs or please set a time where you'll be stacking shelves and make an official closing time.

Avoid these scammers. I went inside to buy a water bottle for 90p and the cashier was acting very suspicous. He tried charging me £50.00 on the card machine and asked me to add my pin. Please avoid BP in Gunnersbury as I am in the process of getting the police involved in this fraudent incident. This will not be taken lightly as I have proof and time of the transcation.

The 2 members of staff could barley speak English and charged me for petrol twice. Then went on to say I am lying, and threatening me with putting my number plate down as running off without paying. Was a horrible experience.

OK but the car wash is rubbish.
