UPDATE: 1. I did NOT create two google accounts to share feedback. 2. I got the tyre fixed for £40 at another garage. It's been working fine ever since. the tyre needed changing, your garage just didn't have the right skillset to diagnose the problem correctly. 3. I did NOT mention myself that the previous garage didn't seal it properly as it wasn't me who changed the tyre the last time. There is no way I could have known this information. 4. if the conversation is recorded on CCTV, I'd highly advise to share it on your platform media so people can see who was the real aggressor. I am positive of what I said and how respectful I was. In all honesty, I felt threatened by the owner's aggression. 5. I am not the technical person here. I couldn't approve unprofessional 'guessing' game for what was the problem with the tyre. I needed a competent garage to solve my problem which I eventually had visiting another garage Worst experience and worst customer service I have received in a very long time! I was overcharged and my car (tyre) problem got worse! The manager (or owner) is extremely rude and unprofessional. I came to Acton Service Centre a couple of weeks ago for a tyre repair as it was leaking air out every few days. I was told it needs sealing as the person who changed the tyre (4 months ago) must have not sealed it. the tyre repair costed me £36 (half price of fitting a new one) for a 20 minutes job. The following day the tyre started leaking more air out, and I had to pump it everyday instead of twice a week. Last weekend, I visited the store (Opening times on google were wrong) and it was closed. I went today, the manager (or owner) of the garage says 'I think it must have been this' or 'it could be that'. I told him I am not the professional and didn't come there for guessing. I asked for a refund as my problem wasn't solved, my time was wasted, and the tyre leak got worse adding more inconvenience to my week, but the person in charge was very rude, aggressive and unprofessional!

Excellent prompt service. (Emailed late at night and they called back first thing to book for diagnostics - repaired same day) Reliable honest and fairly priced.

First time here. Got MOT, full service and two new tyres (£65 each) all for a decent price. Booked it through a reminder from my petrol prices app and Book My Garage (at no extra cost). Best thing was the speed! Dropped it 8:30am and they were finished by 12! Will come back. Many thanks.

Very friendly and extremely helpful. They do a great job I thoroughly recommend them.

Highly recommend, went in to get my air con topped up and the guys noticed that my car was sounding louder than it should, thankfully they were able to sort the next day and I can really notice a difference. Would recommend to all, trustworthy and lovely people. Thank you again

Great customer service and reasonable price. I had a Service and MOT for my Mercedes. Used to get it serviced at West London Mercedes. Dev at ASC has been very helpful both now and in the past with advice - good communication. Had Mercedes battery replaced here last year - comes with a good warranty.

Service was done in less than two hours. The team were very friendly, professional, and offered a great price. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. My car is running much better now and I’m very happy with the quality of work. Highly recommend this garage and I will definitely come back again in the future.

I visited this service shop as it's one of the closest centres to me in the neighborhood and oh what a disappointment.. complete waste of time and money and on top of all that they're so rude and disrespectful. I totally regret going there. Save your time and money and find another service.

I have got done my MOT and full service for Discovery sports 2019. It was vey prompt & efficient service given by them. With a genuine price. I would recommend this garage to others too. As you know other garages rip you off and no good work. But they did a great job. Thanks you guyzz.

I honestly cannot recommend Acton Service Centre enough. I drive an Audi with an official Audi warranty, and when my windscreen washer pump failed, I booked it in with Audi Service Centre. After waiting an entire month for the appointment, they kept my car overnight, confirmed exactly what I already knew — that the pump needed replacing and then quoted me a staggering £1,250. To top it off, they conveniently told me it wasn’t covered under warranty. Frustrated, I called Acton Service Centre. No nonsense. No delays. Just “bring it in.” I dropped the car off in the morning, and within an hour, the issue was fixed, for a fraction of the price I’d been quoted by Audi. The reception, management and technical staff here are simply excellent. Great honest communication with good timely updates and the tricky work to fix the VW Tiguan was done with confidence. Highly recommend this gem of a service centre.

Very reasonable pricing with clear communication, and booked me in for the repair very soon after my enquiry! Replaced the shock absorber in under an hour and my car is now driving smoothly again. Would definitely recommend!
