Ridenshine Car Wash

The price it shows is a scam once you in they will charge you different price.I have been to this car wash on 26th April roughly 15:35 with my car and with family and wasn't happy with the service. It says saloon car exterior wash is £12 and they charged me £15 for my BMW 5 series. Moreover they don't accept cards so only cash payment so they will force you to pay by cash. One of the employee was so weak and underage looks like he will fell over on the ground right now. He is not fit to work in this job. Wash: 1) After they cleaned my car with foam i had to wait for 15 minutes to get done with wipe because they was doing a full detailing on another car in the front. So my time is not valuable to them 2) After cleaning the whole car and wiped down they didn't even clean the windows with glass cleaner so i had to ask them that my back mirror and side windows are blurry so you guys should have glass cleaner to clean them. 3) lot of watermarks and some areas still didn't clean up as they did the quickest hand wash. 4) The white man looks like a supervisor is just after money not after customer service as he asked me to pay him even my car wash not finished yet and i had to show him areas to clean back 3 times. I live in canning town and sometime i have been to mile end (Xclusive valeting) car wash and their service is far better to wash( in and out) they charge £20 where compare to canning town rent and place is more expensive in tower hamlets.

The guys give a great service, personable touch and work hard to make sure your car is spotless. Worth every penny.

The worst car wash shop in London. I went there last time to wash my car. Inside my car there had few vapes but when they finished washing my car when I checked inside the vapes are missing. I asked them they directly say they don’t know about any vapes. And the staff was rude as well. I will never go again . I don’t recommend this place.

Avoid this car wash. My car was damaged during the service and something from inside my car was stolen. I’m very disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism. Customers should not have to worry about damage or missing belongings when using a car wash.

The worst car wash I have ever seen. I gave my car to them for a cleaning service and they ruined the paint on my car. Then I asked the owner and he said he didn't know. I said check the cameras and he said the cameras don't work. Please never go there. I suggest no one goes there.

This is the most irresponsible and worst car wash experience I've ever had. They damage the car's paint and steal your belongings from the car. They did the same thing to a friend of mine. I gave them two chances, but I will never go there again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

They took a huge chunk of paint out of my car, then denied it. Owner said it isn’t his responsibility and claimed that the cameras on site don’t work. He then said that it probably happened because my car was so dirty and he had wanted to charge me extra. Never ever take your car here.

Really bad car washing experience i had in my life left scratches on my paint and interior wasn't done properly had to get my detailing friend across the street to fix their mistakes, if i could 0 stars i would

Customer service: 5 - pleasant and polite Speed: 10min Quality: bad (1 out of 5) They had just to wash outside and vacuum - both failed. Just spreading dust around windows with dirty cloth; the wheel rims left dirty. Trunk was not vacuumed and inside between sits left with crumbs. I am not that picky, but when I pay for service £20 in cash I expect it to be done. Probably next time will have to check right after and point all out (which to be honest I am not happy doing)

Came to get my Q7 interior and exterior cleaned, the owner and the black chap extremely friendly. Did an excellent thorough job, premium service affordable prices. 100% recommend, will only be washing here from now on.

Took my car in for a wash. Chose the most expensive service (Platinum wash) which was advertised at £35. At the end of the wash, the owner asked for £40. I pointed at his poster which clearly said £35 and he responded with its £40 now, not realising how ridiculous his statement was. He was clearly lying and taking advantage otherwise he would’ve told me before. To support his claim he told me he had cleaned my seat and windows???? Isn’t that what I paid for in the first place? My car was not even that dirty at all as I clean it weekly. To add insult to injury they didn’t do everything that was included in the “platinum” package and car was full of streaks had to wipe it myself. Not to owners, when someone comes in and chooses your most expensive package, do the job properly and do not try to swindle them for extra money so they can actually return and give you more business.

Very bad car wash rubbish customer service charge me £30 for my 3 series in and out bear in my it’s not a seven seater it’s a little 3 door car it wasn’t even dirty at all overpriced and the car wash filthy after the service windows smudgy exterior had dirty patches all over the car was still dusty it’s like they didn’t even do anything don’t ever go here

Very good car wash, price is the same as everywhere else but tue quality of the work is higher than most of the other car washes. Staff is polite.

Your business left a leaflet/advert on all of the cars along our street, and after recent rainfall, it caused the note to stick to our windscreens and wiper blades, forcing us to get them both washed for no reason. You've wasted our time and ruined your reputation, I'll be informing family and friends to avoid your place under all circumstances. You have no business touching cars that don't belong to you. Don't do it again.
