Had an ongoing complaint for MONTHS now following significant damage to my vehicle following an incident in the car wash. BP / the owner / manager / management think it’s acceptable to ghost and say no such issues with the machine….despite numerous reviews here to the contrary!!! Disgrace of a business and company - avoid and do not use! REPLY TO RESPONSE - you are saving face by responding publically but BP know full well you have ignored and not responded to loads of emails and complaints. Avoid and don’t use
