Very good service very clean

Terrible at cleaning cars. They just pour snow foam on it then jet wash it off. No shampoo, with sponge after to get all the dirt off. I came out of my car to do the final check, the amount of dirt on it I found, I was stunned. I had to ask them to go over so many spots, another customers also was complaining the amount of dirt still on their car. They don’t know the proper process to wash cars and ensure ALL the dirt is off. The process is messy, one staff instructs you to move forward. Another one asks me to reverse. They are all frustrated with each other. They were clearly overwhelmed. There was people that work in the office coming out and just jet washing cars with a cigarette in their mouths. Just an absolute mess and a waste of £15. The staff are unprofessional, asking me how much my watch costs. If I am a millionaire and what country I am from and talking politics. That is not appropriate. Even with doing the checks of the car, I took it to my trusted local place to get it done again. I was in the area and saw the reviews were positive and chanced it but clearly they are made up of friends and family because the reviews are far from what I experienced. Don’t waste your money here people.
