Don’t go there after 7pm, only one young guy there that does a really rubbish clean. Had to go over it again when he finished at the car wash and he wasn’t even bothered and then again when I got home

Book an appointment to get my car valeted turn up on time nobody was there to assist me waited over half an hour no progress I left and gave my business to another garage who done a superb job... As for Dash they lost good business as I will never use them or recommend them.. Waste of time

The service was good, our car was clean and the staff were friendly. We were happy with the service. However, to entertain customers while they wait for interior cleaning, they have two birds kept in negligent conditions - they are stuck listening to the constant sound of jet washers which is extremely stressful for them, and they were displaying obvious signs of anxiety. Please put these beautiful birds somewhere away from the noise!

Dash? More like sit and wait and watch the slow uninterested staff talk about their more important lives. Whoever owns this place is a complete fool. The workers or perhaps owner has zero work ethic. I watched 1 car get washed for 40 minutes!! The self important entitled kid thought his phone was more important. They use the same cloths/sponges on the wheels as on the body. When he went to jet wash of the soap the guy sprayed and sprayed and sprayed. There was no soap left anywhere but he kept spraying. Just zero clue. Truly unbelievable. I cant say more than zero zero work ethic. Use an Eastern European place as they will be fast and thorough.

Opening hours are wrong wasted a journey

Zero stars. Full on thugs! Took my car in to remove some stickers and get a wash when it’s done. 2 staff members walked around the car and agreed to do it happily. 45 minutes later, car is parked outside untouched. Fake manager “Pablo” refused to give me keys despite being their own staffs fault for agreeing to do the job and stated “you should’ve asked the manager, they’re only staff”. How stupid is that? Harassed aggressively to pay up or no keys. Avoid at all cost!!!

Did a decent job cleaning however left a whole side of the bumper somehow... Perhaps it's because they seemed like they were in a rush since we bought 4 cars in but otherwise better than cheaper washes.
