Oil prices are cheaper than other places

Refused to let me fuel because i parked in forwards. My car only accepts fuel on the right, so I had to go in forwards. The other pumps were out of diesel or blocked. Guy at the counter couldnt understand that there were no other pumps available. Used to go here weekly but will no longer. Travel 5 minutes down the road for the esso with better prices.

Loads of pumps big forecourt, always have power, Big shopping area if that takes your fancy. Car wash, air,vacuum etc. Coffee shop tacked on next door for good measure

Extremely discusted as working on a nightshift driving stopped at this garage and the staff didnt allow me to use the toilet. I asked nicely and they reply or its locked for no valid reason just cause we feel like keeping it locked.

We stop by to get tea from the machine however the touch screen did not respond properly and started making a random drink. I went and spoke to staff but they were really rude and started shouting you have to pay without understanding the problem. I paid and he was still having a go in front of other customer. Shameful customer service, no wonder they have 3 stars the service standard is very low! We did not take that coffee

Bought nicotine pouches from here today. Came home to realise they had been open and there was 11 missing from inside. Absolutely ridiculous, the pouches were also split inside and all of the nicotine had spread all over the pouches. Unacceptable.

At the petrol station, there was a toilet, and the staff member was a girl. She didn’t allow me to use the toilet, saying it was “not working,” even though the toilet was actually usable.

Avoid this Shell station. I used the pay at pump option and paid in full — I even have the receipt. Yet 15 months later, I received a letter claiming I didn’t pay. Shell’s app deletes receipts after 12 months, which makes it hard for anyone to prove payment unless they kept the original. Feels like a scam or serious error on their part. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend others think twice before using their pumps.

Can you please ask your customer first if they want a carrier bag or not rather than shoving just 2 or 3 of there items in carrier bag whilst they paying and then adding 20p onto there bill at the end of it. It would be good courtesy to offer a carrier bag or let them ask themselves. All the staff do it here and it’s happened so many times. I think it’s just rude and you need to readdress this

Will done very good price

Filled up my car with petrol and went in my car to find my wallet, didn’t even start the car and the blonde woman at the till went on speaker and accused me of not trying to pay, I then found my wallet and paid at the till and said are you not going to apologise for wrongly accusing me and she just snatched the note of my hand and said nothing. Very terrible customer service.

Car wash almost destroyed my mirror and the petrol station manager didn't care. His answer was : so many cars are washed every day. Looks like "my car" it's faulty

1 member of staff working in this petrol station. What a joke. Customers with issues getting turned away.

Had an issue with my car pulled in to this garage and got nothing but problems off the owner, he and she were very rude and completely unwilling to help. Horrible rude people. Avoid this place.
