Always have great service here and the workers are friendly. My go to place for a car wash in Tower Hamlets!

Very disappointed with the service and how the situation was handled. After washing, my car was left sitting for a long time without being dried in sunny weather, which left water marks and spots all over the paintwork. When I raised the issue, instead of handling it professionally, the staff were rude and started blaming me. They said they were busy and couldn’t dry my car on time, but if they are too busy, then they should only wash cars when they are actually able to dry them properly straight afterwards instead of leaving them sitting there while the water dries onto the paintwork. I live locally and have always used this car wash regularly, so this was especially disappointing as a loyal customer. Sadly, after this experience and the way I was treated, they have completely lost me as a customer forever.

Took my car in for a clean and heard a loud bang while they were working on the roof. When I came outside, I saw the roof rail trim had been damaged. I raised it with them straight away, but they completely denied it happened and took no responsibility. Really disappointing experience — I’d avoid.

Recently took my car for full valet when I went to pick up the car my whole dashboard was on but not working e.g speedo, petrol gauge etc. I asked the guys washing my car they didn't seem to know what I was talking about or they pretended they didn't know anyway I spoke to the boss I showed him soap stains on the dash and water and soap might of gone in and damaged. He refused to acknowledge it was his men that damage the car he claimed there dashboard has been moved and I had silicone there even though it ws clearly washing detergent didn't offer at least a refund or anything I won't be going back here ever and I'll tell friends and family to avoid this car wash not trustworthy or honest. The workers new they done something wrong as they were smiling and giggling and looking over at my car as if they new they had done something wrong. Never again will I use these cowboys
