I generally don't leave reviews but my experience was so bad, I feel compelled to let people know. A very unimpressive clean and a company which I won't be ever using again or recommending. I was attracted to the company by the majority of the excellent reviews and the fact that it is within Canary Wharf. We had also planned to get some bodywork done on the car depending on our first experience with the clean. After having the car cleaned, I noticed a lot of areas that had not been cleaned properly which were covered in the clean. Upon pick up, Mo (an employee), cleaned a couple of areas (the boot shut) that was still visibly very dirty. I advised him that I was in the middle of a film but I had come out as I didn't want to miss them (as it was close to 5pm) but I hadn't expected the clean to be so problematic. On a closer inspection of the boot, there was debris on the mat, under the mat, and in the boot compartment, and debris under and in front of the seats. I asked him if they cleaned in the compartments (as places likes IMO ((for a fraction of the price) understandably do not do so), he confirmed they did. He advised me to take photographs of all the areas I was unhappy with and contact their manager, Colin. The following day, I tried to contact Colin several times on the phone but it the call was either cancelled after a few rings or it rang out, so I went to Canary Wharf. I was advised to e-mail Colin. I duly did so. I sent an e-mail to him outlining all the areas that I had not been cleaned or vacuumed properly and explained that we wouldn't be coming back for a re-clean as we were so disappointed with the results of a £70 clean. He responded to tell me that I had selected the "wrong clean" and that the service I had selected as a "vacuum and wipe down", not a clean and that he wouldn't be taking responsibility for my wrongdoing but would offer an interior clean as he put his customers first. It was therefore implied, that the standard of cleaning was fine and acceptable.... A simple apology and acknowledgement that the job had been done badly would have been enough for me to return. However, the response left a bad taste. I responded thanking Colin for his response but I didn't agree that the sign suggested the car would be wiped down, it clearly stated 'clean', which in my mind is a higher standard than a wipe down, and in any case, even if I accepted the wipe down standard, it was clear that there were many places that hadn't been wiped down. So in summary: Bad / lack of vacuuming -The floor space in front of the back seats; -The floor space under the front passenger seat; -The space under the boot compartment (which the employee confirmed had been cleaned); -The centre console (where you can rest your arm); and -The centre console where you charge your phone. Washing This clean included a hand wash and polish, but there was noticeably a residue patch on the paintwork which had not been cleaned. Wipe down / clean - Some door shuts; - The boot shut; - The back windscreen has a U mark where the whole windscreen hasn't been cleaned properly; - The back end of the console; - The back of the seats; and - The interior of the doors. I haven't received a response back. I would stay clear of this company as they have a bad attitude and bad standard of cleaning.

STOLE MY BLUEBADGE. Utterly unprofessional! I lost my blue badge after the service. When I came to them and asked about it, they denied it and said maybe I've forgotten it somewhere. YET, I awals leave it inside the car, and it was literally there before the service, and now it's GONE, so I'm completely sure it's them.

I am absolutely disgusted by the shocking experience I had at Wharfside Car Services. I left my car with them for a simple valet, expecting a clean vehicle—not to have it returned damaged beyond belief. They left damage on my alloys, which were in brand new condition before. On closer inspection, I also found scratches on the bodywork, it looks like they drove my car into the ticket machine and tried very hard to hide it from me. This level of damage is not something that can be ignored or brushed off as a minor issue—it is blatant, careless, and completely unacceptable. What’s worse is their complete lack of accountability. No apology, no explanation, and absolutely no effort made to acknowledge the issue. It's appalling that a business that claims to care for vehicles would treat a customer’s car with such disregard. I would strongly advise anyone who values their car to stay far away from this place.

The issue is that they drive the car somewhere else - when returned, my car had stone marks from someone clearly driving it recklessly. Strangely enough my dash cam was working before, but not after it was returned and the wires to the dash cam looked like they had been fiddled with. All of this was around a year ago and I meant to submit this review. Never again will I take my car somewhere that they drive it elsewhere.

My car looked great under the dim lighting in carpark. But in the day light, my car was covered in residue. Remnants of the tyre dressing were on my bodywork and my alloys were filthy. I didn't expect a lot from a gold package, but I didn't expect to have to wash my car again. Its a shame as I've used this branch before and it was good, and the staff are always really friendly. Maybe someone was under pressure, but unfortunately it's enough to put me off coming back.

Thet steal. Look at their reponse, and you'll see they don't resolve anything. Asked them for CCTV and immediately rejected!

I had a gold wash done here. It's convenient both in terms of location and the drop off/ pick up system. However, the £50 spent did not result in a clean that was any better/ more thorough than a £20 wash at any other car wash.

I’ve been coming here for years and the service, from customer experience, friendliness and quality are fantastic. Always good to find places like Wharfside where you can leave your car trusted and know it’s taken care of. Thank you all at Wharfside and will continue to support your business 🙏

Superb services.

Colin displayed excellent knowledge by diagnosing water residue on my car from my incorrect previous washing. Very thankfully, Colin himself and his team were able to get the unsightly residue out by using a top quality polish. Colin also gave excellent advice on removing sticker residue on another car - top marks for expertise, efficiency and friendliness. Colin also spotted some flaws in my ppf and I was impressed by a man who is clearly very focussed on detail. He also has a good, hardworking team around him, too. I will be using Colin and Wharfside again, for sure.

I looked around in London for a better car service and I came across wharfside car services who did service on my car, and I was honestly given a very brilliant service plus a free wash both in the inside and outside plus machine Polish. Thanks so much for your constomer service 🙏

I absolutely love this place. I always hope to be working in Canary Wharf just so I can get my car cleaned by Colin and his team. They carry out such a thorough job that I have never been left unsatisfied. I am yet to find a better car valeting service. The team are all so friendly and helpful, especially the lovely lady Kelly in the office. I would highly recommend!

Had my car valeted here yesterday and was so happy with this place, I was met by Khalid as soon as I pulled up into their bays and he was so friendly and helpful. I honestly didn't have much hope for them getting the stains out of my front seats, but he assured me it wouldn't be a problem, I chose the Interior Valet for just £100 (I was very surprised being that they are based in CW and had been quoted much more from dingey car wash places outside petrol stations/supermarkets) After leaving my keys and details with Khalid I was hopeful that my seats would at least look slightly better than they currently did. I was blown away when I returned, not only was the outside of my car gleaming like I've never seen her gleam before, but the seats were like brand new! I was honestly so happy with this place I will definitely be returning. They even left me a quote for some minor paintwork and damage repair on my passenger seat if I want to go ahead with that. Best car clean I've ever had and the lowest price I've ever paid. The service was 5 star and the guy at the front desk, Khalid, was amazing and went above and beyond (I asked for his name because I don't generally leave many reviews but this guy deserved one) I wish I had taken some before pictures because the difference is night and day. Thank you Wharfside, I will be returning.

Kelly at Wharfside was amazing. She helped me arrange the detailing of my alloy wheels and body work, returning my car looking like new, inside and out. This is the second car I have refurbished the wheels on with Wharfside and I would highly recommend.

While the external bodywork clean was good, I encountered significant issues when driving the car at night in the rain. It seems that some sort of wax or coating was applied to the windscreen, which made it nearly impossible to see clearly. The rain did not clear properly from the windscreen, side windows, or rear window. Additionally, the inside of the windscreen and windows misted up immediately, creating an extremely hazardous driving situation. It was almost impossible to drive home safely, and now I need to spend more money to clean the windscreen again. Although the service was professional and the exterior clean was well done, I expected much better window cleaning for £190. Very disappointed.

Excellent service, smiling people, quck and efficient. They have done an outstanding cleaning job on my Tesla. Will definitely use them again!
