Absolute crap!! Having been a regular customer ever since it opened my most recent visit was an absolute waste of time & money😡 Was not happy with the result & definitely not going there again.£15 for external only is overpriced with a rubbish result.Better results with the nearby IMO car wash

They were good before but last time I went they rushed the cleaning of the car and left so many streaks. I specifically told them of a couple things I wanted them to pay extra attention to and they didnt do it lol. Just avoid and go somewhere that will respect your car & money

All of the staff treat customers’ vehicles with great care and consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism as the cars look and feel brand new after a Hand Car Wash here. What stood out most was that when I tipped the staff, each individual took the time to express their thanks, which reflects genuine appreciation and excellent customer service. Working in freezing conditions, with hose water blowing in their faces, directing vehicles, cleaning filthy cars in and out and standing with drenched feet, cannot be easy. Despite these challenging conditions, the team continue to work consistently hard and maintain a positive attitude throughout. Their dedication, effort, and professionalism truly deserve recognition and respect. Thank you so much.

I’m not surprised to see that most if not all the women that have left a review have given it a poor one. I don’t appreciate being ganged up upon by a group of men trying to intimidate and railroad me into submission when I’m querying an aspect of the “service”. Rude, dismissive and misogynistic. I would not let them touch my car if they offered to pay me to do so.

Good service, reasonably priced. Hard working guys. You can't beat a good hand wash, much better than the automatic car washes.

10/10 rating - Great service. Removed yhe leaves and sap from my car after it had been parked under a tree for several weeks. Interior clean out was on point. Spotless after bringing here. Excellent value for money.

Beware especially women!!!!!!!!! They lock you in the office and there are no cameras. It’s not safe !!!!!!!!! I left highly offended yesterday. Went for a mini valet. (Only £40/45 mind you) The owner invited me into his office to pay . Only realised after paying that the door was locked with a key. I feel it’s disgusting behaviour to assume that people are not going to pay down to looks and it’s also unsafe for women. I’ve been going there for 20 years I’m sure it’s under new management, but I will never step foot back there again.
