Now I know why there is always a queue at Alan Car Wash. My car looks brand new :-) This was my first visit to Alan Car Wash and I have to say it is the best carwash my car has ever had. I had my car washed outside and cleaned inside and my even my mats were cleaned. I am a very happy customer ~ I have never been so happy at getting my car cleaned :-) The staff are very friendly and I would definitely recommend going here. I will definitely will be going back. Thank you All.

A very through detailed wash and internal clean, I'm a very fussy person but this car wash impressed me. I was observing and they went into places to clean that every car wash I been to previously never touch or bother with, the small details. 💯 Most likely the best car wash I have been to that left me impressed. Keep up the good and hard work gentlemen. Your standards are right at the top. Regards

I've been today wash my car but very poor , very bad service today they charged more then usually but car is dirty inside no wipe no hoover properly , windows also not clean properly I'm really disappointed not recommended.

I’ve been here a number of times now, and I’ve always had a good experience. The staff do a great job, and the car always comes out clean. As a wheelchair user, I really appreciate how helpful the workers are when it comes to cleaning the inside of the car, they’re respectful, patient, and willing to assist when needed. That kind of service makes a big difference. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

These guys have always done a good job however today they’ve broken a small bit of shroud off my gearstick. I drive this van everyday, there has never been an issue with it. There was no issue with it when I brought it in. When I get back in it’s half hanging off with the tabs that hold it on snapped off. When I questioned it with the guy taking my money he’s lied and said it was hanging off when he got in there, when I said I didn’t appreciate being lied too he’s puffed his chest up and tried to get up in my face blocking me from getting in my van to leave. He also said “even if we had done it I would never admit fault”. So basically if anything’s broken or damaged, they’re never going to admit any wrong doing. There was about 5 people in the vehicle so owner wouldn’t even know if someone else had done it, even if it was damaged which it wasn’t it was barely hanging on when I got in the vehicle. Also if I was trying to claim money for charity why would I be reviewing, it’s not even an expensive part it’s just blatant lies to get out of any wrong doing which is annoying. Shit happens, just apologise, don’t lie and try get in peoples faces.
