The bald Asian man at the tills might be the most miserable person I’ve ever seen. He lacks basic customer service skills and is very dismissive and doesn’t even say a simple hi, hello or a thank you after buying something. The other day I was walking past and I saw the bald man shouting at a little girl who was entering the store, but as it was locked he shouted something along the lines of “Can’t you see the shop is locked?” The other staff members are fine and always display good customer service; however, the same can’t be said about that guy. When asking him a simple question, it somehow inconveniences him. It makes me wonder how some people are struggling to find work with all the skills they have, and this man somehow has a job here. I’ve been going to this pump for the past year and a half, and that guy has always had the same attitude…

5 stars for the sales assistants here although the business itself deserves 0. With staffing issues, busy queues, a run down petrol station and non functioning facilities Mr Ali has served me with a smile and pleasant conversation for near enough 7 years. As a business owner myself I do however feel sorry for staff there. Something must be done to better the place, I only come due to distance and convenience otherwise I try to avoid. Please get a better contract for your car wash maintenance providers and please get more staff during peak days.

I'm not happy. I wanted to use the car wash, the cashier told me that I couldn't because there was no staff. At that moment, however, there was a car being washed. When I asked a second time, can I use the toilet, he told me that they don't have a toilet. It remained if I asked if I could fill up with fuel, he told me that I couldn't do that either...

The carwash doesn't not work properly and they are scamming people. The £7.50 option is supposed to include wax, however since a couple months ago it has stopped spraying wax and just does the basic wash. When you ask the workers if it includes wax they will say yes but when it comes to the actual wash it doesn't not include it. This is a scam and a waste of £7.50. They need be clear with the customers whether the wash includes wax or decease price.

How is possible to have a licence for Petrol station without toilets???? Were is BP standard ? Ridiculous.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at the till. The staff member was incredibly rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. When I asked a simple question, I was met with eye rolls and a dismissive attitude. They didn’t even scan my loyalty card! It felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Not to mention, the transaction was unnecessarily slow and they didn’t seem to know how to process a basic return. Overall, a frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. Customer service is definitely not a priority here.

Shopkeeper Monday night nov 18 8pm extremely rude and would not provide a bag when asked . Woudl grumble and glare at me and get mad when I didn't understand his accent

claims to accept key fuel cards, sign even on the door confirms this. yet despite having used my key fuel card within the last couple of days for some reason at this establishment it was being declined. Dubious behaviour i would avoid it here.

Bought a ticket for the car wash. I go to car wash, car wash display flashes a fault signal. I go back to the guy. He blames me for it even though I hadn’t actually touched it or driven my car into it and refuses to refund me. The guy was so insanely rude it’s actually funny. Staff member did not listen - just blamed me and refused to refund my money for a service sold to me that they could not deliver. I’m stunned by this exchange. I have never had such terrible customer service in my life.

Average pit stop, but BP's involvement with the contentious Leviathan gas project raises eyebrows. Tapping resources smack in a tension-filled region seems tone-deaf, especially with climate woes. It's disheartening. Maybe time for BP to reconsider in the name of peace and planet? A reflective pause needed.

Surprisingly clean and efficient gas station but can't ignore the dissonance. With climate change, BP's focus on fossil fuel seems reckless. Their apparent oversight of environmental concerns leaves much to be desired. A touch more foresight would be commendable. Disappointed, to say the least.

During the darkest hours of the night and a hot one, a quick refill and off!
