Low quality, high price. Very disappointed on my visit yesterday. Slap-dash service, unsatisfactory job done. £15 charged. I won't be going back! My ten-year-old nephew does a better job!

I arrived on Sunday morning with only 2 cars in front yet waited ages whilst the staff chatted. It’s extremely slow. They do a decent job if you have loads of time to waste. It’s also expensive

Super efficient and great value for money! I got the "in & out" clean which only cost £20, and despite there being 4 or 5 cars ahead of me, I was still out in under 45 minutes. Sure my car wouldn't pass as a new car, but it looks great and I think these guys have found the perfect balance of quality and efficiency/price. Really happy!

they say its £20 online and on their signs. we agreed a price of £20 before they washed my car too. then they charged me £25 at the end. plenty of other car washes nearby

Poor service - paid for in/out on a small car, they weren’t busy but I was presented with a car which had’nt been hoovered except for the mats, main dash/cup holders weren’t touched, the boot not even touched even though it was empty and a windscreen covered in water marks…it was cleaner before I entered. The only good part was the outside was cleaner. I highlighted some of these to the manager who touched up the cup holder and that’s it. Will not be returning

Sadly I was confronted by an incredibly rude employee who seemed to be looking for an argument, he made me feel so uncomfortable I had to leave. Most of the employees here are very professional and they have cleaned my car for years - it is best to avoid this angry man, especially if you are taking an important call from your doctor while waiting in line!

The best car wash anywhere. I went to run some errands and discovered someone had thrown food all over my car. I turned up at the car wash at the end of the day when they were packing up, the guys were immediately supportive and very kindly helped hose my car down and clean everything up. Thank you so much 🙏

Very friendly and excellent clean. They even removed some paint from another car that had bumped me.

Cleaned up my very neglected car to just like new. Takes cash only. At least one of my friends has decided to take their vehicle there based on the improvement to my car

Disaster. Go and wash it by yourself it will be definitely better and cheaper

Be careful with your valuables. My prescription sunglasses, my Swiss knife and a small purse with pound coins disappeared from my central console compartment. I always cleaned my new car internally myself. However, when they were opening the doors to clean the door frames, they were kneeling at the centre console using the brushes. I was under the impression that they were doing the extra job for free because I always used to give them £5 tip for the outside only. How wrong I was. The incident happened in May this year when I visited the Carwash just once. Although the wash was average, I was always going there because it was convenient.

very bad cleaning for 27 pounds for 20 min., even didn’t take dust🤦‍♀️, even after asking. Really recommend cleaning near alexandra park palace, from Spa laboratory side, for 30 pounds 1 hour proper cleaning.

Good, friendly service but remember it's cash only because the card machine appears to be constantly "broken". :)

Thank you to the lovely Faz and his team for helping me out today and being so kind and efficient! Unfortunately I stepped in dog poo and although I cleaned my car pedals and my shoes throughly, the carpet by the pedals needed a thorough valet. Faz took charge of the clean and he was extremely professional and kind about the whole process, even sending me a video of the work they had done. After an annoying day, I’m delighted that I chose to go to Ocean Car Valet and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this lovely car valeting service. Thank you so much Faz!

Been using this car wash for maybe 10 years. In the last year or two I've seen the standards decline massively. Yesterday I sat in the queue watching two guys throw some suds at a car. One of the guys literally barely touched the car. He then bent down and washed the sill of the car, before moving up and spreading all the dirt, grit and sand over the bonnet. I actually decided at this point that it was time to leave the queue and never return. No matter what your job, do it with passion. £15 for that? No thanks.

Its good except alot of them smoke while cleaning the car and the smells get inside the car.

Kind and helpful For years I’ve been bringing whichever piece of junk I’ve been driving at any given time. The guys have always been kind and understanding about the tip (at best, and realistically, more like biohazard 🙂) that passes for the interior of my car. Welcome to the wonderful world of having multiple children and trying to juggle work & parenthood. The team here are always nice and helpful. I’m grateful for their patience and understanding. Plus they always do a fantastic job on both the exterior and the interior, for a good price. Thank you!
