AVOID!!! That is one thing the car stayed dirty after the 'wash' because they just pull a wet sponge on most of the car, bigger problem is they scratched the car too. There is a lot of whirl scratches on the left side of the car, probably using dirty cloth or because the guy used the same sponge to wash the bottom of the sill first and then the side and top. I talked to the boss who was cocky, arrogant, ignorant and said I just went there to complain. He refused to look at the scratches, turned around and walked away, eventhough one other client was next to us and he also agreed with me and saw the problem. Didn't even want to solve it, didn't offered any solution. Cowboys working there, no costumer service at all. AVOID!!!

Car still dirty on inside

Had issues on two separate occasions. First time has swirl scratch marks on rear of car after a car wash which were clearly from someone using a dirty cloth or cloth which had been on the ground (stones/dirt on it). Second time had my car in a local garage who I did not know use their car wash for their cleaning that comes with the service. A handful of £pound coins were taken from inside the central console of my car and the glove box had clearly been riffled through upon collection. When I confronted them regarding this they looked at me like I had three heads. Do yourself a favour and avoid this car wash!

Bought new tyre here , within end of first journey nearside tyre failed on main carriageway nearly causing bad accident.. On inspection by another tyre company in Essex, Morea had damaged the valve resulting in tyre destruction on first trip.

20£ for external washing only, without cleaning with a broom. you can find the same result at the petrol station with the roller wash at half the price

Worst mini valet £45, rubbish job, when I asked them to re do a few things. I was shouted at and spoken to very rudely. They are terrible AVOID AVOID AVOID

If I can give zero star, I would!! Extremely rude and bad customer service. I will never ever come back again! The car wasn't cleaned very well, not worth the money!!

I strongly advise others not to support this business. Yesterday, while I was waiting for my car to be washed, a member of staff ( one with no teeth) behaved in a completely unacceptable manner. He was loudly making inappropriate comments about customers and, at one point, was mumbling racist slurs directed at another customer. It created a very uncomfortable and hostile environment for everyone present, including myself. When I looked at him in response to his behavior, he stopped, which suggests he was aware that what he was doing was wrong. This kind of conduct should never be tolerated in a customer-facing setting.

We had a good experience at the Moreas car wash. They did a good job and we paid £14 as agreed for cleaning the outside of the car.

On two occasions in the last year when I brought my car here to be washed, other drivers have been left without their car keys! The staff have somehow given the keys to the wrong drivers. It happened today, leaving an elderly man without his key. And it happened several months ago leaving a woman desperate and saying that she needed to pick up children later and how was she going to be able to do that. Once is a mistake. Twice is extremely dodgy indeed.

Highly Highly Recommend Morea Car wash & tyre centre, been coming here for years & will not go anywhere else! Just recently I needed my two front tyres replacing to the good advice of the long serving attendant working there=tall slim European man & he took me to the lovely owner of the business who did look after me very well, giving me a competitive price for both tyres including having my car washed! The tyres are top quality & are working very well & their entire team done an excellent job in cleaning my car in & out, making it look immaculate! I am so pleased, impressed & happy with the professional service I received, they are no doubt the best tyre centre & carwash in North London.They have been running the business for 30 years! Excellent organisation to have your tyres fitted & excellent car wash too! Thank you so much to the entire team, who work so hard on every visit, I really trust these guys! Professional service every time, all my friends and family always go there!

Never again. Rude and aggressive. VW Golf. Advertise £15 outside, £15 inside = £30 He said the car was dirty inside & I need to pay for mini valet @ £45. Whilst cleaning the inside one of the guys started moaning about the car in front of me and lots of other customers. When I complained to the guy in the hut (taking the money), that it was embarrassing and rude - he made an excuse about him being the manager (washing and cleaning the cars?) and it being a long day. Wish I had read these review before spending £45 for 30 minutes. As someone else has said, only take a new clean car there! Avoid Rip off! And not very clean inside either.

Brought my van here Tried to charge me £40 for in and out wash, My van is smaller than an average car. Would had taken them no longer than 15 mins Let’s see how long this business lasts

Just come with a motorbike for a quick wash. They try to charge me more than for a car like £15. When I say that way too much they say we don’t wash the bike. Don’t recommend at all.

Dear customer please avoid to use Morea Car Wash . Team from there was hit the car about the metal bar and made damage of the front of the car Nissan Qashqai 2024 and didn’t informed about this. When we are return back to check CCTV they refused to showed proof from day 12/06/2025 and tell this we are do . Mentioned we are rented that car and we was need to pay extra charge to Enterprise-Rent-Car , please be aware.

Avoid at all prices,rude owner,overpriced…my car was literally clean exept a bird poo and some spots in carpet…i went to grab sthg from tesco nd came back in less than 10 mins nd the car was already washed and parked…the spots remain the same and the car is not washed properly on the outside…waste of money and time…was my first and last visit..

Car ends up averagely clean but they systematically overcharge. First time we’d been a walking holiday. The car was muddy, so they charged more than advertised. This time I brought it because a bird had defacated on an otherwise clean car. There will be no third time. Advertised rates only apply if your car is already clean
