Petrol just keeps going up in price, and maybe it is time to get an electric car. Chatting to the guy I know quite well, who believes that in 5-10 years petrol stations will be a thing of the past, which will be interesting to see if I am still around. They are nice people at this petrol station, and the one we use regularly. Recommended.

I would give no star if possible angry man always say car wash not working , but the lights are on the machine . It’s been same thing for 3 months. Not sure I believed him He is so unprofessional !

Incredibly weird attitude towards people returning Amazon packages, to which I reminded them they are getting paid for. Staff is incredibly rude and tell you things like “how many packages?” And “don’t bring so many next time”. On top of this they are sexist and don’t treat solo women with respect. They act like they’ve never seen non-Desi people before. And this is supposed to be the UK. Absolute rubbish service. Very disappointed. Amazon will hear about this and hopefully take away any benefits they give them, monetary or otherwise.

Every time I go in here to use their Amazon parcel return they say "machine not working today, try tomorrow." The first time I believed them, and came back the next day only to be told "Not working today, try tomorrow." Of course I gave up and went somewhere else. Months later I had another return to make so thought I'd try it again. Same thing "not working try tomorrow." Again I came back the next day, this time the guy there was like, yeah sure no problem and said they'd never had an issue with the machine. He asked suspiciously, who had been on service when I came in. Anyway I just had another return, went in and yep got the "not working today, try tomorrow." I've concluded that for some reason the workers just can't be arsed to do the returns so they lie and say it's not working. Really annoying.

Amazon returns collection isn't working from months, but still offered on Amazon website; reported the issue few times,nobody cares, Amazon and Shell; waste of time

Absolutely rubbish service every time you go there something is not working specially with Amazon returns, avoid

I believe many customers are quiet disappointed with the shell Willesden Green. Staffs are quiet nice but unfortunately nothing is working over there. The tyres pressure isn’t working.. The car wash isn’t working… There is not charging point for EV customers.. The station is well-located but unable to provide the services that the local people are expecting.. Probably it needs new administration

Be aware when buying anything from the shop. They overcharge you. What a product is displayed at may not be what they charge you. The cashier was extremely rude when I questioned it.

If you choose this gas station to return goods, FORGET IT. They treat you SUPER badly, they look like they dont give a damn about your return, and simply tell you ALL THE TIME: " system offline, system offline" and they simply ignore you. I dont know if they dont get paid to get returns like that, but come on, dont treat people badly like i was treated 30 minutes ago by this clerck. Last night and today. Unbelievable. If you dont like your job, QUIT MAN! DONT TREAT OTHERS BADLY BECAUSE OF YOUR PROBLEMS! and never again i will go back to this place.
