No petrol on the 9 July

It was rubbish service one guy work there his name is Lal he is not good with customer every time he is angry

Good car wash and good location

Jayesh is very helpful, he teach me about the app and taught me about the discounts

Always problems and faulty stuff like air , car wash in this petrol station , personal never do nothing about it and dont give money back on top of that be careful with cámara as u can get a ticket

Jayesh was very helpful in explaining the Shell app points system

Rubbish customer service is not egoistic hire Indian guy is so rude

Today I visited shell petrol station on Kilburn high road for some coffee and to get gas in my car as I went to the till to pay the guy named jayesh was very helpful and kind his customer service is outstanding it tells so much about a person who doesn’t own the place but still cares about his customers by providing them the excellent service to keep the customers happy and he also helped me to get the shell + app very good man he is and kind made my experience x10 better✌️

Jayesh was great he was very attentive and helped me with great service. Roy was also such a lovely cashier making me feel welcome

I visited shell this morning at 10:30 am and met the gentlemen named Jayes, very polite and very helpfull and has helped me with my shell app which i didnt know about, great service and very efficient will be coming again.

Went here to return amazon parcels couple of times, people working here lie through their ways to avoid handling returning amazon parcels. On separate occasions I was told that the return facility closes at 7pm, 6 pm, and today 5.30 pm despite amazon clearly stated 8pm. Funny enough, today the guy told me it closes at 5.30pm and asked me to look on the website, which I did and showed him, he said nothing he can do. Asked for a manager was told was not here today. Then asked his colleague, and they started laughing and speaking foreign languages, after which was allowed to return my parcel and reminded that the counter closes 7:30pm. Its a dead simple process, but people working here, especially today, goes above and beyond making customers' life more and more difficult.

10/10 to the wonder staff members especially GRISHMA. Very polite and kind person.

Car wash most of the time is out of the order. Very narrow space to park the car for vacuum cleaner. When 2 cars are parked there you can barely open the door to clean your car plus VERY SHORT VACUUM CLEANER PIPE

I visited Kilburn Shelf Station today 23 June at 9:45 AM to return three Amazon parcels. Unfortunately, the service I received from the staff member named Grishma was disappointing. She scanned the first parcel and then left me waiting without saying anything, while she served other customers. There was no polite explanation or acknowledgement, just complete disregard. I found her manner very cold and unfriendly. She also asked me to place the parcels into the return bag myself, which I believe is part of the staff’s responsibility. Overall, the experience felt rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my visit.

Was issued a parking ticket for using the vacuum and cleaning services in 2021 and now am being taking to court by Euro Car Parks. Absolutely ridiculous a consumer can get a ‘parking’ fine when they are in fact paying to use Shell’s good and services! If you’d like to contact me to discuss, pls do!!

Toilet not working 4 months later. Still not working

the car wash always out of order this is unacceptable. If you don’t want to provide such service then better to remove it
