Best car wash and velat ever Excellent customer service Highly RECOMMENDED

I had a deep cleaning service for my car about a week ago, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. First, the car was not delivered at the agreed time. Instead, it was delayed by an entire day without proper communication or explanation. Second, when I finally received the car, there was a very strong petrol smell inside the vehicle. The smell was extremely unpleasant and, even after a week, it is still there, which makes driving the car quite uncomfortable. A deep cleaning service should leave the car fresh and pleasant to use, but in my case the opposite happened. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both time management and quality control.

Best car wash! I came with my car which I wanted as clean as possible to be ready for sale photos and they did an amazing job at an incredible price. Much lower than what I was quoted in Asda down the road and the quality was amazing. This is now my regular car wash its 10/10. Also a lovely cafe on site for while you wait with amazing food and great atmosphere. Thank you

In my experience as I have been to a many different car wash before , I believe that this place and its staff members including the service you get it is amazing, especially the owners Joseph & Hamoudi so professional / experienced and above all very respectful, since I have been there for the first time I will not have my cars get washed anywhere else?
