I would definitly recommend this team to anyone. Firstly they are 100% professional, they have patience, punctual and are friendly, "in a professional way". Being a woman, it can be intimidating dealing with men in car industry, but witg theses guys you feel comfortable, plus they have a lovely lady that I spoke to on the phone " so thats also a option". When it came time for me to collect my car i was told i would be picked up at 4.30pm, i got to the station 5mins early and when i came out the station, one of the team was already waiting for me "which was great as it was a little cold", and most people would have you waiting around. The car wash did an excellent job. The exterior was spotless, with no water spots, and the interior was carefully vacuumed and wiped. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was quick. Very good value for the quality provided. Highly recommended!

It took over 3 months to get my alloy fixed, my appointment was rearranged multiple times, and the engineer turned up at times outside of when I was told they would arrive. It meant I had to stay at home for multiple days for no reason, something I can’t really do for my job. When the engineer finally showed up (8pm on a Friday), they fitted a space saver which was a different height to my other tyres, and meant I then couldn’t drive to work as I also drive on the motorway. The only positive feedback I have was that they turned up the next morning (the following Monday) with my fixed tyre after I had complained about the situation at the weekend.

Great service from these guys. They were fast and did a fantastic job - my wheel alloy looks brand new and they did it on my drive way! Would definitely recommend. The customer service is brilliant too -the lady who helped me book was really lovely and accommodating, and so was warren who fixed my wheel. Will definitely book through them again.
