My car was still dirty after the wash .... wasted 25pounds

So unbelievably rude. Agreed that they accept card payments when I asked then at the end said that he didn't say that. Told me to go and withdraw money and if I didn't want to walk he will send his guys with me. He was generally rude. I said i wished he had been honest and he asked me what I was going to do about it. I wished I had seen the previous reviews. I diverted my route also to go and draw the money.. Inconvenienced. Can't believe they still jave this business to be honest

It's just an okay place. I always find that they do not clean the car properly.

My favorite car wash,quick and easy!

Workers just shout at customers, ended up with scratches all over the bonnet after seeing the guy do my wheels then use the same sponge on my bonnet. When I told the owner he said he didn’t do that when 4 other customers saw him do it. I’d rather wash my car in the rain instead to taking it here again.

I just paid 30 pounds to wash my car and look at the way to wash the car please don’t use this Car Wash anymore

Worst hand car wash i have ever visited. The front advertising board written £8 is there just to attract people. I was charged £20 and they didn’t even removed bird shit stains properly.

Terrible tyres

Avoid at all costs. They’ve got the oldest scam in the book going on, to put a screw in your tyre and then offer to fix it for you right at the end as your leaving. They put it in the one tyre you can’t see in your wing mirrors (top left) and I actually believed their story right up until the end when he offered me the chance to fix my tyre and thankfully I said No. These deserve what they get when they do it to the wrong person one day. I hope they get found out sooner rather than later. Would welcome anyone else who has had this trick done to them here to contact me

Been coming here off a and off for a number of years and today will be my last the owner expects to be paid extra to do a good job rather than initially doing a good job and receiving a tip 🤮 then says if you want a better then pay more intentionally letting me know that leaving dust and debris in visible areas are satisfactory practices of this establishment Not recommended..When it was £15 he said the same thing now the prices have gone up he’s saying the same thing Like £20 quid isn’t enough to surfice to doing a good job

Staff clearly under pressure so the job is rushed. Got to the drying section where the boss was, and noticed a liquid residue on my roof, it was clearly engine oil - you know when it mixes with water and gives the rainbow effect. I pointed this out and asked what it is? The boss rudely said it’s your car you should know what it is - deflecting responsibility when clearly it was probably from using a rag which fell on the floor as it was fresh. I spoke back and suddenly he is respectful again. If this guy gets rude to you make sure to stick it on him. The wash was not great, I hornsey hand car wash instead 10/10 customer service and wash.

One of the worst car washes I've ever been to. They are very rude. Don't clean the car properly and expect you to pay them.

What an awful experience. The guy running the place was horrendously rude to all the staff who were stressed and under pressure. And then I came away with a filthy van. It’s white and once it had dried there were noticeable brown drops and streaks all over it. These look like they’ve stained so I’ll need to give this a really thorough hand wash to fix it. Save time and money and go somewhere else!

Great quality, great price. Very pleased with the in and out wash.
