USA Hand Car Wash

Rude and threatening employees. I don’t think this place makes money out of washing cars, but rather is a front for some other “creative” business. These people are obviously exploited and probably here illegally, which could explain the ambient animosity of this place. Still, this is not a reason to disrespect customers and damage cars. A guy power washing my car clearly had a bad day and furiously bang the pole of his pressure washer in between the spokes of the alloys. Came out and surprise, they were scratched. I can’t prove it so I left it, no value in arguing with these people. Again, car washing isn’t the main reason they exist, I’ll let you draw your own conclusions as to what they really do, which explains why they don’t care about the quality of their work. You are advised.

This was by far the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. The service was terrible, the car was still dirty, and it felt like they only cared about taking your money. To make matters worse, after our visit we discovered that £300 was missing from my wife’s handbag. We cannot say for certain what happened, but this experience left us extremely upset and concerned. Absolutely awful. Dirty. I would never go back, and I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

I have been to this car wash twice, and both times the service was absolutely terrible. The car was still dirty when they handed it back to me. They barely cleaned either the interior or the exterior. All they did was spray the car with water for about two minutes and quickly wipe it with a cloth.

Very bad service, the owner is a rude guy, pass other cars in front of your queue, very unpolite, don't know to organize his team, shout with clients, look like is not this world....he doesn't know how to manage the people works for him.... if you want to get stress go to wash your car there, he not respect the clients queued.

Extremely poor service and rude attitude!! I waited 50 minutes, even though there were almost no cars and I was the third car in a row. Cars that came after me, but more nice and posh, were serviced with advantage and I had to wait as my car is not so attractive that it looks like they could expect a tip from me. After all the waiting, the car was washed in 5 minutes, not very satisfying as I expected in such a short time. If one of the new guys starts washing your car more thoroughly, the old employees start shouting at him to finish. On top of that, the prices have been increased, I don't understand why since the service is even worse than before. As usually, I had to finish the cleaning myself with whatever I had on hand, when I left the “ car wash “. I won't go into details about my past experience, when I left once with a cracked bumper and another time with a hole in the driver’s mat. 0 of 10!

***DO NOT EVER GO HERE*** Rude, ignorant and con artists! Paid extra for a 'mini-valet', which resulted in them taking less time than the usual in & out service. all they did was throw some soap over the car, wiped it down without any effort, sprayed a lot of cheap internal dressing spray for the plastic parts, and a quick vacuum. The car was still dirty, and when questioned they first ignored me and when re-questioned they became rude and aggressive. Moreover, a non-English speaking male brought over his card machine to take payment before they had finished, so they clearly know what they are doing.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from an employee when I told him my car was dirty! He shouted at me and told me that’s all I get and if I want it cleaned properly to pay another £5 (£30 in total when I paid £25) He continued to shout at me in front of everyone. Car wasn’t hoovered properly and dirt still on car. I will never go back

No more the workers doesn't clean my car if I showed hi let my know it's only mini and we don't have to clean properly less places like this

I had a very bad experience! If you are a Woman don’t go there. I normally wash my car on the outside and they do a decent job, some of the guys working there are nice. Today I wanted to clean the inside They did it in two minutes so you can guess they didn’t do it properly, I didn’t say anything and left , later realised one of the radio button was missing , I came back for them to help me find it or give me a solution, they basically laughed at me and keep asking inappropriate questions like my phone number to take me on dates, or even suggesting if I have your number I’ll pay for the button. I ignored this and try to speak with the manager This guys was totally unhelpful and unprofessional incredibly rude, he shouted at me saying I go buy the freaking button myself that that’s not their business, honestly very unpleasant experience. Never coming back please Girls be aware. Attaching pictures of how bad was the cleaning.

Honestly one of the best car washes I've been to inmy life , they showed so much care to detail, and reasonable pricing

The jet washer blasted my numberplate and left it half hanging off at the front. I'd be fine if they told me this had happened. I only discovered it when a nice pedestrian waved and pointed at the front of my car on Ballard's lane... literally a minute into my drive home. There is no way they had not noticed at the car wash and they let me drive off like this. I obviously don't blame them for the plate being loose...these things happen...but I do for not informing me. That was bad letting me drive off like that. I could've been pulled over by the Police. There is no way the staff hadn't noticed. It seems a cruel way to treat a customer.

Horrible customer service the staff and manager were extremely rude and they did an extremely poor job as the car was not cleaned properly. 0/10. Will never come again.

Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. My car was still dirty after the wash, and when I asked for it to be cleaned properly, the owner spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. He then came over with water and deliberately splashed it on my car while I was standing right next to it and speaking to him, causing water to get all over me and my hair. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I expected much better service and will definitely not be coming back.

Very bad experience – 100% disappointed. I regularly use this car wash, and none of the staff have ever behaved like this before. Today, however, I had a very bad experience at USA Car Wash. I asked a staff member to wash the interior mats. He said it wasn’t possible because they would need to be dried, which I understood. I then asked again and explained that they could wash them and give them to me wet, and I would put them in a garbage bag, take them home, and dry them myself. Instead of explaining politely, he was extremely rude. People were watching, and the way he spoke to me as a customer was unacceptable. I asked him why he was being rude, but there was no proper response. I don’t know his name, but the other staff members—who were very nice—told me that he is the manager. I honestly don’t understand how someone with this attitude is a manager. I request USA Car Wash management to take action on this matter as soon as possible. Even if this review is not read, please do not keep staff who behave like this. If someone has frustration, they should not take it out on customers. Very bad experience. I will not recommend this place.

Unable to provide basic services which they commit on the poster, and not using the very best car washing liquid leaves black marks after washing, ugly experience

Used to be good but twice just didn't feel like I had a great experience I don't understand what's gone wrong with this place it's like short cut and the service wasn't great won't be coming back here again

I’m a car trader. I have been here numerous times. When visiting in a nicer car, I’m treated with respect, when visiting with an older car, I’m spoken to in a rude and disrespectful manner. Florian swore at me for bringing in a dirty van for a wash

AWFUL service. The worker kept on hitting my car and giving us weird looks. He also hit the car multiple times and his colleagues are no better. ABSOLUTELY do not come here, they don’t even wash the car properly. Wish I could give 0 stars, heavily recommend different car wash.
