AVOID THIS CAR WASH!!! They scratched both the interior and exterior of my car, and when I complained, the staff were extremely rude and even swore at me. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage, they treated me with complete disrespect! AVOID. Posted a photo of a guy who's completely inadequate! The worst car wash I have been to!

I won't be coming here again. One of the guys using the pressure washer chipped my bonnet cover twice today. Been coming here once in a while but today will be the last time Avoid here everyone and it's the same like most car washes. They scratch, dent and chip your car

I was trusting them, leaving my car with them and heading to the gym. they broke my car's key which costed me around £400. then never used then again. to be Frank, they don't care about you or your car. just a mcdonalds of car wash. mcdonalds would not cost you 400 but that is another story.

BEST ALL AROUND CAR WASH IN THE AREA!!! I've been using Frank's Car Wash for a while now and I couldn't be happier! Tried it on the off chance because the car wash nearest to me kept raising its prices and became ridiculously expensive. I'm so glad that I tried them because I couldn't be happier and I was really kicking myself for not going there sooner! Not only the actual valet was fast yet thorough but the owner is the nicest, most decent man I've met in a while. He's running that place like a well-oiled machine and his staff are awesome in what they do and in how they interact with the customer. The price they charge is extremely good value, especially for what you're getting both when it comes to the actual valet AND the customer service you receive. It's one of the few places (car wash or otherwise) where I have felt genuinely valued as a customer. I've recommended them to lots of people and they all thanked me because they were as happy as I was after I used them. You MUST give them a try. You'll be glad you did. Frank and his team did a fantastic job. It was my first time going here after my sister Izobel recommended it to me. Very thorough clean and quick! There were 4 cars in front of me but it took no time at all. Everyone works very hard even in the sweltering heat!
