Sometimes I deliberately drive this way just to fill up here. I really like the layout as it's quick, easy to navigate, and they have a car wash at the back, which is really convenient. The queues can be horrendously long for the car wash, but it's the only one with a car wash in the area. There's also a Subway inside that always smells amazing, along with a great selection of snacks, sweets and drinks. The range of products and brands is much better than most petrol stations. One thing I especially like is how short the walk is from the pump to the shop and back to the car. It might sound like a small thing, but it makes the whole experience much quicker and easier.

Worst staff going- so rude and unhelpful. Printer wasn’t working for my parcel to send as the ‘system was down’, despite the QR code scanning. I got a confirmation email that it had been scanned in store, the lady just looked blankly and said she didn’t know, told me to leave the queue as had to take other customers. Waste of time

When they get your parcels, they don't scan it straight away. They leave you days.And when you call the phone number, it just continuously rings.And then saying phone number unrecognisable

Got a fine for waiting at their car park to get my car washed. I will report them to the council. You should not be allowed to do this

Please avoid! I went to collect my parcel they read out my name and said they can’t fine my parcel. It was very hard to communicate as they didn’t understand English. I went back 3 times with proof of signature but they kept saying no parcel. There were others coming in asking for lost parcels. This place is a shambles and an embarrassment! I really needed this parcel. The customer service was also diabolical- I suspect there is fraud and theft happening in this store !!!! Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!

Avoid this place at all costs! My partner took our child to get the car washed on 14th February and was later hit with a £100 charge from Euro Car Parks. He waited around 30 minutes in a queue just to reach the car wash, plus additional time for the wash itself. He was not parked—he was queueing as a paying customer. I appealed the charge, but they refused to listen and falsely claimed the car was parked incorrectly. They are still demanding payment despite clear evidence this was just a queue for their own service. This is completely unfair and feels like a money-making trap. Penalising customers for waiting in line is unacceptable. Be very careful if you visit—you could end up with a £100 charge for simply trying to use the car wash.

I use this frequently for parcel pick ups and the car wash from time to time. Despite the usual deluge of parcels, the staff are always really helpful and friendly. One of the workers actually took time to get my car restarted after it broke down in the car wash. He went way over and above what he had to do.

Shame on you! As a disable and blue badge holder, I am going to court with Euro Car Park for give me ticket for charging my electric car while I was present in the car. I did not block or put other people in waiting whilst I was charging my car. Absolut scam for milking more money from their customer! Shame on you!

Car wash poor. Long wait (60 mins) which I didn’t know to expect, then I paid top dollar for the car to come out still dirty!
