Best Hand Car Wash

Paid £18 for in and out, I’d happily pay that if they done a good job at washing my car there was still dirt on my car and after vacuuming the seats and floor there was still stuff on the floor and made them do it again. Dashboard had dust on it still and cup holder wasn’t clean properly really wasn’t happy with the service.

Been coming here a while.. Most of the time I pay 25 pounds inside and out (is an SUV). I took the car to them this time round and without doing anything different they charged £40!! They just make up the prices as they go along.

The worst service and the worst washers; they take money for work they aren't capable of doing.

This business is a total "cowboy" outfit that relies on intimidating and deceiving customers. I was quoted £30, but the moment they saw me, the upselling began. They tried to demand £40 for a "polish," which was nothing more than a cheap spray they rinsed off five seconds later. When I confronted the man about it, his attitude was revolting. He was incredibly condescending and clearly thought that, as a woman, I wouldn’t understand the difference between a liquid rinse and an actual polish. He stood there and lied to my face with a level of arrogance I’ve never encountered before. The state of the car afterwards was pathetic. The exterior is still covered in visible marks and grime. Because I drive a higher vehicle, they simply didn't bother cleaning the roof at all—pure laziness. The most insulting part was the interior. My children use the car, so it was expectedly messy, which is exactly why I paid for a professional clean. Instead of doing his job, the man had the nerve to ask me if "animals had been living in the car." To be insulted and mocked for having a family car, while being overcharged for a job they didn't even do, is unacceptable. This place is a scam. They are rude, they are sexist, and they are lazy. If you value your money and your dignity, do not give these people a single penny. They are happy to take your cash while mocking you to your face. Absolutely shameful.

Thought I would give this a go, I will not use again. It seems they rush to get you out. Got charged £20 for a £13 job the body work still had cloth marks where it was polished the dash was wiped over not polished no magic tree no gelled bumper carpets not clean throughout not bad for a 10 minute job cheaper and better car washes elsewhere

Just did a car wash and found my door was scratched, most likely by the metal waist bag the guy or pin of trousers. Glad it would be at least covered by my insurance but avoid this place if you treasure your car .

Visited this place several times to change tyres. The team works quickly and the prices are reasonable. Recommend.

Great job as always

I got the full Vellat paid £100 but the car still smells as one of my customers vomit in there. I went back and asked them the job was not done properly it’s been 4 days and it still smells they said I have to perfume it. When I gave them the job they said money back guarantee. I would strongly suggest not leave your car with them stay there and watch the job getting done if you don’t have a better alternative.

They inserted a screw into my tyre, coincidentally they run the tyre shop attached to it. Everyone’s got to earn their money, they’re doing it how they want .. I just didn’t respect it was at my expense. Won’t be going to back there. Shameful.

Balanced my tyres while I waited after Kwik Fit f#$ed em up. Nice staff, quick service & okay value.

Just have a full exterior washing and polishing but nothing was done properly. Notwash properly and not dry up properly. Waste of money. Paid 30 for a very bad service.
