Terrible customer service specially from the short white guy who either supervise the site

I have been repeatedly harassed and cat called by members of the team working at this car wash, as have many other people living and working nearby. They make our community feel unsafe - avoid at all costs.

The staff here catcall myself and other women almost every time we walk past. Having looked at other reviews this is clearly an ongoing issue which has not been addressed by the company. Avoid at all costs

Don't clean The windows overexpensive for a small car £27

No discount for Uber/minicabs. Charged £30 for in and out.

Utterly clueless, avoid. Called ahead to check and confirm they cleaned soft top convertibles. Upon arrival, they attempt to start jet washing the roof, a practice anyone would know would cause damage and rip the fabric. They had no comprehension of being able to clean it any other way, despite being branded as a ‘hand wash’ service.

Had a full valet done and I am so happy my car looks brand new will deffo be coming here to get my car washed from now

Excellent cleaning skils

The men working at this car wash consistently shout inappropriate comments or catcall me and other women as we walk past. It’s disrespectful, creepy, and totally unacceptable.

Creepy men catcalling my girlfriend every time she walks past and making her feel uncomfortable. Gross behaviour, would never go here, avoid at all costs. Wake up its 2025
