This was the best car wash I've ever used until today. I was a customer once a week, sometimes twice a week. Today I was unpleasantly surprised. I arrived as usual, the guys started washing the car, then it was time to wipe it down. One of the employees asked if we were doing anything else. I said, as always, just vacuum the inside and apply Tango Polish. The employee said it would cost £35. I must be joking. I said, I've been paying £17 for the past eight months, which is a price increase of over 100%. So I canceled the service and unfortunately, I'll be looking for a new car wash, which is a shame.

The workers here are genuinely hardworking and did a good job, so credit to them. Unfortunately, my experience with the new management was very disappointing. The advertised price for a small car mini valet was £20, but when I arrived the manager tried to charge £25 instead. When I challenged it, he then said the boot would not be cleaned unless I paid extra. What made the experience worse was the feeling that certain customers are treated differently depending on how they look or what background they come from. As someone from an ethnic minority background myself, it came across as a form of self-hating bias, where some customers seem to get better treatment while others are pushed for extra money. That may not be intentional, but it was certainly the impression given. My advice is simple: agree the full price clearly before any work starts. The workers deserve praise, but the new management experience left a very poor impression.

Very expensive for a wash and valet at 25 pounds and they didn’t touch the boot

Car looks like new. Took a load of garden waste to the tip a few weeks ago so the boot was a disgrace, now it's spotless. Cheers fellas.

Not as good as it should be.ive taken my car here for a long time. Last week i had it washed.once i got home there was water marks all over the car doors.where it hadnt been leathered off. It looked a mess.
