Horrible place! Absolute thugs. He charged me for the large car when I have a small SUV and was totallly dismissive and disrespectful when I argued. Moreover they did not even open the trunk to clean it when I paid for in and out. The parts they cleaned were shockingly poorly done as well. It is beyond me how people have rated this place highly. I went based on Google reviews but shockingly disgusted. AVOID at all cost

Worst car wash ever. They scratched my rear window. Dropped the rag on the floor and used it again to clean the car. When confronted the workers, they denied.

This car wash is more expensive than others. They also charged me £5 more for paying by card. I paid £30 for a medium car!

They did a decent job BUT The price is advertised for a small car is £10. After the wash, they told me £12 due to the card machine fee, which I know is not the case but I was happy to pay as tip. The guy left and came back and said it’s £17 now due to additional fees … I asked what they were and he couldn’t say. I then said why are you milking it for money, and he causally said it’s not for money… DAMN RIGHT BS. Do not recommend.

I washed my car there today, just outside the car wash for a small car. It cost me 15 pounds just for the outside. It didn't fit well at all. The rims of my car are still dirty. I'm not grateful at all. They only work in Romania. They just take the money. They don't care if the car is clean or not. I want them to be careful about the money they charge. They want the customer to come back a second time. Personally, I won't go there again.

I took my car for a standard wash. They overcharged 25£ , not hoovered properly, rushed service. The inside of the car was not dry when I came to collect it. The person who washed the car even eat chocolates for my kids that I left in the car and he almost emptied my oil engine container which was on my car boot. Absolutely rubbish I wouldn't recommend. I normally go to gold car wash and now I will never change it as they always provide top service, but this time I couldn't go. Do not waste your money

SCAM!!! WORST CAR WASH I HAVE BEEN TO I took my car for a quick wash on the outside. After washing they used a scraper which scraped off my car. Additionally their cloths were wet and did not dry at all. They also charged me additional 2£ because I paid with card and not cash when the prices were clearly on there and it did not state that. AVOID AT ALL COST

This is honestly the worst car wash I have ever experienced anywhere. I came here for the first time expecting a basic service, but what I got was absolutely terrible. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful from the moment I arrived. Customer service here is basically non-existent. The quality of the wash was a complete disaster. The car was not properly cleaned at all. Inside the car the dirt was still there, the interior was barely touched, and the vacuuming was done extremely poorly. Outside was just as bad — the body still had dirt on it and the wheels were not even properly cleaned. For £25 this is simply unacceptable. It genuinely looked like almost nothing was done to the car. I also know several friends who went here and had the same awful experience. Everyone I know who tried this place said the same thing and none of us will ever come back. This is without exaggeration the worst car wash in London that I have seen during the entire time I’ve been here. If a business cannot provide even the most basic level of service, it really should not be operating at all.
