Come here often, and just got back to notice my car horribly scratched. Will never return, the state of my paint is terrible in some places. Never had an issue until now

I really do not recommend this place. First of all, it turns out that the price depends on how dirty the car is, which is already wrong. They rush to wash as many cars as possible, but they don’t even properly dry the car inside. It’s the same situation — they only clean the mats, and after them I had to spend another 40 minutes cleaning dirt from my car and trying to dry it myself. I honestly don’t understand what they are charging money for. The rain could do the same job 😂 -5

They are really good but unfortunately the became so expensive every few months their prices go up, won’t be using them anymore.

AVOID!!! If I could give -10 stars I would, used to be good but not anymore, took my car to get it cleaned from inside, whilst it was getting cleaned someone who works their was cutting pieces of wood which resulted in the dust going all over my car and into my car as the doors were open. They decided to put water on my car to remove the dust but then wouldn’t dry the car and I was left with dust all over my dashboard etc.Instead of the manager apologizing he started getting angry and said you didn’t pay to get your car dried from outside but it was their fault which resulted in my car getting dirty in the first place, I went back after I saw the dust on the dashboard and said it’s still dirty to which he said take your money and don’t comeback here again and to top it off the worker said give me the airfreshner back haha. Shocking service as I said AVOID!!!

Really disappointed in the place used to be a good car wash now they just rush everything don’t even was cars properly and one off the guy takes money and says he will give change later on which he doesn’t you have to tell him it’s happened 3 times in a row trying to do a scheme thinking the customer will forget to ask

Not accepting card payments anymore? I tried to pay by card twice, and he offered me to get money out of the cash machine. I guess they are trying not to pay taxes.

Had a full valet done to my audi a4. The car looked great after. Good job 👌

Prices clearly state £6 for small car in carwash and outside on the wall. When I queried when asked for £7, told the prices had gone up?

illegally charging fees for paying by debit card. prices advertised are not genuine. they tried to increase the price on arrival and then charge for paying by debit card. wake up IT IS ILLEGAL TO CHARGE A CUSTOMER FEES FOR PAYING BY CARD

Great services, highly recommend!! Took a 4x4 for a mini valet and the guys did a very good job. 10/10

Exceptional service! My car has never looked this good after a wash. The staff were friendly and professional, and the turnaround time was quick . I'll definitely be coming back!

Not as good as ot used to be they no longer seem to do a good job as there was spots missed on my car at least wash it properly considering you have put the prices up
