Amazing Service and Attention to Detail! I took my car to tong hand carwash on Wednesday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team did an incredible job my car looks absolutely spotless inside and out. They paid close attention to every detail, from the wheels and windows to the interior trim. You can tell they really take pride in their work. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient they got everything done quickly without cutting corners. My car honestly looks like it just rolled out of a showroom loved it If you’re looking for a hand car wash that actually cares about quality, I highly recommend tong hand carwash. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Worst car wash in town, the service the quality, everything is bad. Scratched my car, mixed up prices, 2 faced people.

Wouldn’t recommend this car wash at all. Car got rinsed, not washed. Bugs all over the bumper, bonnet and mirrors still there after the wash. Waste of money.

Paid £18 for a wash including interior and was very disappointed. The job felt rushed and the interior was not cleaned properly. The spray they used didn’t seem to be working properly and left surfaces feeling uneven. More concerning, the wheel cleaning chemicals appear to have damaged the finish on my wheel bolt caps, and my boot mat was scratched during the vacuum. Overall, the quality of work did not match the price and I expected more care to be taken with the vehicle. Photo attached showing the damage to the wheel bolt caps.

I took out the kids seats and they cleaned those too!

Do a poor job, always leave soap bubbles on your car and tend to be too aggressive with the power jet wash hose. More focused on getting as many cars through as quick as they can than actually washing your car. 👎👎👎

Cheap price, but you get what you pay for. Have gotten home and noticed that they have scratched up all the paint work on my car. The main boss is a lovely guy and puts in a shift, but he the other workers don’t care enough to do a good job.

Usually ok, but one of the staff snapped off a bit of my front Headlight Washer and didn't say anything. A little honesty would have gone a long way. I couldn't see clearly at the time, but it looked as though he put something in his pocket/hiding the piece he broke.

Cheapest hand carwash in Leeds. I don't know why others have to charge so much more. I won't go anywhere else.

I went there this weekend best my car has looked for such good prices. Workers were very accommodating and hardworking going back there every time ten out of ten. Very happy with the service.

This isn’t the first time I went to this car wash I always go there, the customer service is amazing and very lovely people and my car is always very clean I’m very happy with my car every time I go there the service is 10/10 ans they really look after you. Would recommend this car wash !

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. After using this car wash, our car was cleaned, but when they dried it with cloths, the paintwork got badly scratched all over. It seems the cloths had small stones or grit in them, which caused the damage. Instead of a clean car, we are left with serious scratches that now need repair. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Wheels were still dirty. No tyres shine and wasn't dried properly and paid for a large size vehicle even though it is a medium size! should have washed it myself with washing up liquid and could have done a better job myself. I will definitely not go back again
