They definitely do not assist disabled people. In last 10 attempts only two were successful. Why you are registered in the fuelService app if you will not assist people? Wasting time! Awful service!

I filled up on 24/12/25 with E7 97 petrol, petrol spilled from the pump, I told Super Viber and sent a video, today I came back to fill up again, 02/01/2026 E7 and again they didn't fix the problem, I went to the cashier and told the staff, they started yelling at me!

Issues with pump 4 E5. Spills petrol everywhere, told them a few times but it jut got ignored. Dangerous

Absolutely disgusting I bought costa coffe from here and the milk was expired what on earth I will never step my foot in this place even if I need petrol disgusting

EDIT 3STAR: the parking ticket got cancelled as result of this review, staff were helpful inside. ORGINAL REVIEW 1STAR: Stopped here on 6 April 2025 (about 16:15) just to pump a tyre and give the car a quick hoover. The air/vac unit in the far-left corner either wasn’t working or was impossible to operate: it swallowed my £1 and actually deflated the tyre. I went inside and asked if anyone could show me how to use it. No staff were available, but the cashier admitted that machine is “temperamental”, handed me £1 in coins, and said to try the unit nearest the shop because “it’s usually better”. That second machine did work, so I paid several more £1, reinflated the now-flat tyre and hoovered. Total time on the forecourt was roughly 45 minutes, during which I never left the site and spent several £1s because of their own kit. A week later Euro Car Parks hit me with a £100 PCN for ‘overstaying’. Appeal rejected even after explaining the situation. Key points - Unreliable or poorly explained equipment that can leave you with a flat tyre. - No staff available to help when asked. - Euro Car Parks happily penalises genuine customers stuck fixing problems caused by that same faulty kit.

Everything is backwards at this station you pay first get your points later. If you pay by card then have to get a refund they can't do card refund. Avoid this petrol at all cost. Scammers and rude staff. What do I do with 34p in cash if I paid card? Stupid policies treating working people like criminals.

My child needed to use the loo, and there was no tissue. I asked the attendant, and he was quite rude in his response and said I must buy a 4 pack of toilet roll if I wanted tissue.

Using the pickup point option for my packages has been extremely inconvenient. The process takes up valuable time and even forced me to skip serving several customers while retrieving my parcels. Additionally, the system feels inefficient, often leaving users standing at the checkout and feeling overlooked compared to others. I highly recommend reevaluating the pickup point system or offering better alternatives to ensure a smoother and more efficient experience for users. #yodel

My daughter, who is 21, trying to live sustainably, and just learning how to manage an EV, stopped at this BP to recharge her Mini fully, which took over an hour, and has today received a £100 fine for doing so from Euro Car Parks. It beggars belief that Beyond Petroleum could lend its brand to this abysmal practice. How does that square with its business goal to shift British driving to renewable energy? And clearly, to judge by the five years' worth of complaints of this kind, it hasn't found it worthwhile to detach itself from such a rapacious, unjust entity as MFG.
