Arkley Hand Car Wash

**Very disappointing experience.** Paid **£37 for an inside/outside wash and engine bay**, but the job was poorly done. Dirty marks were still left around the **fuel flap and doors**, the **mats weren't hoovered properly**, and they were simply left on the seats instead of being put back in the footwells. When I pointed this out, the staff member became **extremely rude, childish and condescending**, repeatedly making disrespectful comments instead of simply fixing the issues. I was even told that if I didn't like it, I didn't have to return. I took the car elsewhere, where they **properly sorted the missed areas for less money**. Poor service, but the **attitude was even worse**. Definitely won't be returning or recommending this place.

Excellent and quick experience. Staff are polite and friendly. No fuss service, car carefully washed and dried. I highly recommend them, see the pictures of during the wash and after once complete. Many thanks

These guys are not messing about. Even when they're busy, I feel like my crappy car is getting special attention. My car always comes out looking shinier than my large forehead. I also get to enjoy the magnificent, sweeping vista at the back while I'm waiting, where there's usually some half-witted sheep hanging out in the field. Double win. I'm always so happy I end up drifting my way home afterwards. Last and Curious: Barnet Drift.

I was looking forward to getting my car cleaned here because of the amazing reviews. The exterior clean was exceptional, but the interior clean was poor and lacked basic attention to detail. Whilst I appreciate its winter and there is a lot of mud, this does need to be removed as part of the clean, especially when you are paying £35. Unfortunately the team only use sprays and without water the mud isn’t going to go away!

I travel from bloody Camden just to come wash my car here. Always wash myself if not I come here as they are the only car wash I come too. Really good even when busy they still focus on every car. Hopefully that doesn’t slip as when people get busy they tend to slack but these guys always maintained excellent everytime I’m here.

Tony delivered exceptional service and truly exemplified professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by his colleague, whose lack of customer service skills was quite concerning and suggests a need for further training. If it hadn’t been for Tony’s outstanding attitude and effort, I would have rated this car wash a -10. A very disappointing experience overall, but Tony’s excellent service was the one redeeming factor.

Brilliant service , first class . Over and above what it says in the tin !! They did a wonderful job of rebadging my Mercedes . Took their time , did everything to make sure I ended up with a top rated finish , even hand polished the area after . Can’t praise them enough , thank you guys Steve 🙏

Being OCD when it comes to the upkeep and appearance of my car I had originally resorted to using a mobile valet service having recently moved to the area (I have trust issues with conveyor belt type hand car-washes of which there are plenty around this neck of the woods)… However my mobile guy let me down once too many times and so I set about doing some research on a quest to finding someone who not only knows what they’re doing but also who is prepared to take their time and do things properly. Enter Marcel of Arkley Hand car wash!… Put simply, every good review I had read about this place was spot on. Imagine having your vehicle valeted by an enthusiast that not only knows what he’s doing but he actually takes pride in it. I would now rather let the car sit dirty than go anywhere else to have it washed. I was so impressed by the results and the fact that I didn’t need to go home and give it a quick once over like I always have done in the past. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It is now my new go-to!

I had a fantastic experience at Arkley’s Hand Car Wash! He took great care and attention when cleaning my car, ensuring it was spotless inside and out, even treating specific areas that needed extra care. The results were excellent. A real bonus was being able to get some work done while I waited, making the whole process even more convenient. Just a quick heads-up, you do need to book in advance. I initially turned up without realising this, but Marcel was incredibly professional, explaining how his business operates and kindly booking me in for a few days later. I highly recommend his service if you’re looking for a top-quality hand car wash!

I recently visited this car wash in North London, and I have to say, it’s hands down the best car wash experience I’ve had! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The owner was friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure every inch of my car was spotless. The wash itself was thorough, and they even managed to remove stains I didn’t think could be tackled! I opted for an in and out, and the interior detailing was impeccable! The prices were fair for the high level of service provided, and I was in and out quicker than I expected. It’s clear the owner takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond. If you’re in the North London area, I highly recommend! I’ll definitely be returning for all my car cleaning needs
