Outstanding service from Ardit & the team at EN5 Car Wash (Spires Carpark). I had the express wash with polish, and the results speak for themselves. The deep gloss finish looks incredible, I can't believe how well they've brought out the shine on the bodywork. It looks amazing under the car park lights and even more breathtaking out in daylight! Brilliant attention to detail and top-tier service. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

I came to clean my bmw today the new management have been doing amazing everything was clean, smelt amazing and the smell stuck for days. Driven to and back from europe so my car was in need of a clean and my car felt squeaky, I’ll definitely be coming back soon Scuba 5⭐️

The customer service was so welcoming and they mentioned that the car wash is now under new management, and you can definitely tell the difference. I paid £27 for a car wash, and it was really not cleaned at all. Right now, if I run a paper towel over the car, there’s still a lot of dirt left. As you can see in the photos, I was charged £27, and the car is still dirty.

I visited this place today, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff member I interacted with was very rude, and the way he spoke to me was unacceptable. It was a terrible experience overall. After this, I would not bring my car here for a wash, even if it were free.
