terrible washing.

Disappointing service, took longer than I expected yet was done poorly and they visible dirt on the carpet and cup holders

Brought my car in for a basic wash and it came back with noticeable damage to the paint/clear coat. The color is visibly faded and uneven in spots that were perfectly fine before. I've never had this issue at any other car wash. Whatever chemicals or equipment they're using clearly did a number on my finish. Reached out to them about it and got nowhere. Save your money and your paint — go somewhere else.

There were still visible dirt streaks on the doors, the back window wasn’t fully cleaned, and the rims barely looked touched. For the price, I expected way better. On top of that, the drying process was rushed, so now I have water spots all over the hood and mirrors. When I pointed it out, the staff acted annoyed like I was being difficult for wanting my car actually cleaned. No apology, no offer to redo it properly.

Great job and friendly service with a smile! Even provided a free air freshener. I didn't have cash to provide a tip and will definitely make sure I do next time as the guys did a great job. I will be back soon and would absolutely recommend. Thank you so much 😊

I did not have a good experience. They didn’t clean my car properly. They merely cleaned the front of the car while leaving the back untouched. As I trusted them, I didn’t check the back until I got home. I am disappointed.

I recently visited Lux Hand Carwash Carpet Cleaning in Edmonton, and I have to say, it was one of the best carwash experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff were super friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. They didn’t just give my car a quick wash — they took their time, hand-cleaned every area, and made sure everything looked perfect before handing it back to me. The interior and carpet cleaning was amazing too. My carpets looked brand new, and the whole car smelled fresh without being overpowering.

I have been a regular for years but the last 2 'inside and out' where terrible. Many areas missed, half-baked vacuum still crumbs on the floor and seats where the child seat is, entire dash left dusty and all the little compartments between the front driver and passenger where sprayed then left as a sticky wet mass. Inside of the door frames as dusty as I brought the car and many places on the outside still dirty. I will not be returning. Change of management did not help this business.

The entire process was smooth and quick, and my car came out looking spotless-inside and out. They paid great attention to detail, especially on the wheels and windows, which are often overlooked elsewhere. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they even offered complimentary coffee while I waited. Best carwash, definitely returning!!!

I had my car cleaned a few days ago, there was dirt remaining on both side mirrors, the car wasn’t dried properly and the windows were streaked. I won’t be going back.

Really terrible inside wash was barely done properly they only hoovered the carpets. There was still dirt in cup holders doesn’t even deserve a 1 star dont reccomend coming at all

Absolutely loved my experience with this service. I have ordered deep inside cleaning and they were nice enough to give a quick outside wash of the car too, for free. My Subaru Forester was in a disgusting state when I came to them because I just bought it and previous owners were terrible to it, but the cleaning crew did really well to fix it up. Big thanks and I do recommend their service for sure.
