my car was an absolute mess mould/dirt etc unwashed and sat in one place for a year, I found black diamond auto spa on bark I have to say was extremely impressed with the prompt response and quality communication was able to receive a quote and a date and time for the car to receive a t3 clean The price was fair and Cris Spent a lot of time and paid attention to details to the car he was very professional and genuinely wanted to work hard on cleaning the car it now looks so much better like it is a totally different car I know feel a lot better about my daughter driving the car and I will be asking Cris to come back to clean the other cars in near future, Cris was professional at all times and had excellent customer service and care ,great communication skills , with no unexpected further cost -I will be recommending this to everyone. My car was long overdue a proper wash inside and out Chris done an amazing job made my car look like the day it came out the factory I had a full detail inside and out including wet vac of the seats and floors, a great experience even from the start a bespoke booking designed for exactly what I wanted done, I will be making a further booking for full machine polishing and paint correction and then to finish off ceramic coating, Black Diamond Autospa is not to be missed out on!

100% recommend. My car feels so much cleaner and fresher than when I first got it, the difference is amazing. Chris was very kind and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. He answered any questions we had and made the whole experience really easy and comfortable. He cleaned the inside and outside, did each seat and added a wax coating. The price was also very reasonable. Will surely come again.

Excellent Service just had my engine steam cleaned on my Mercedes because of a small oil leak, not only arrived on time but took the time to thoroughly clean the oil, when finished I found where the leak came from the oil filter, I highly recommend anyone who needs their car cleaned to use Black Diamond, very polite, professional and excellent price, will 100% use again.

Just had Black Diamond Auto Spa work their magic on my Ford Ranger, and honestly, I’m half expecting it to start driving itself out of pride. I use this truck for my decorating and interiors business, so stains, dust, and random paint flecks are basically part of the job… and somehow they got every last one out. Premium service, but priced so well. friendly, easy to chat with, and an absolute pleasure to have on my driveway. My truck has never looked — or smelled — this good. Honestly, 10/10, would let them clean my vehicle again… and maybe even my kitchen.
