Best car wash in birmingham. Good family run business that always go above and beyond to ensure my car stays clean. They only use Autoglym products and never leave any scratches on my car which tends to occur at many other car wash’s i’ve been to. If you’re looking for a car wash that will give you a peace of mind when cleaning your car look no further as this is the place to go. Top lads!!!!

I have a mini. Now the first few times I visited, the staff were charging me only for a small car. However, the last few times I have visited, especially when the owner is not on site and i am paying cash, they have tried to charge me more money, ie, the prices they charge for bigger cars. Instead of bringing the correct change, they try to fob you off with air fresheners, which I declined. Please be aware when you are paying cash to them. I let it go a couple of times, but truly annoyed at the level of ongoing dishonesty. Won't be using them again.

Been going here for quite a bit but definitely not going back. Its just rush rush rush you pay 15 pound for half job. My tyres never got done windows were still dirty. And wasn't washed properly. Definitely not going back

A touch expensive but good result.

Completely ruined the PPF film on the bonnet of my MINI JCW, despite me asking them specifically to NOT spray any high pressure water close to the car a because of my PPF protection film. They caused over £700 worth of damage, owner refused to take responsibility and claimed that the damage “must have been caused before they cleaned the car” I’ve used this car wash for years across 3 different cars when I don’t have the time to clean them myself, I never expect perfection from a “scratch n shine” car wash, but I definitely don’t expect them to damage my car - especially when I pre - warn them about how to care for my car. Would strongly suggest avoiding this business and its careless workers.

Very poor customer service, I went there in my girlfriends car, a small Hyundai i20, only for the staff to be laughing at the car. I reminded or pointed out that irrespective of what car arrives at.your premises, it covers your wages, no car no business. No doubt if I had arrived in my car, that of a Mercedes Benz, there would be laughing. Needless to say I will NEVER be returning there again.

Didn’t receive the original cat mats back (for the second time) after a wash and they put the passenger mat on the driver side which almost caused me to have an accident when I went to break. Went back today to tell them and see if they had my original mat only to be told that it’s the 100% the right mat and maybe the car make embroidery came off when they cleaned it. Really rude, abrupt and would definitely not recommend or use again

The best place to get your car washed and valeted, their attention to detail is incredible and they’re fantastic at buffing out scratches. Very reasonably priced and lovely guys as well. A big thank you to Arlind for his service on our car today. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
