Amazing job highly recommend! Got the full Valet it was quick but efficient! Great work!

Charged £25 instead of £20 for clean inside and out, scratch on seat and car isn't clean. Used this place for ages but not worth going back if my car is going to get damaged.

STAY AWAY ! STAY AWAY ! STAY AWAY!I would love to give this place a zero star. Went there today and upon entering I was shouted at by a very aggressive individual (I will not call him a man), to close my window. I stated that he did not know what I required. His response… he told me to ****off🤬 I tried to talk to another man who was a lot more professional but the first individual kept screaming that I had to leave and would never be served there again. (Like that’s an option 🤯) as I departed my car was sprayed with a chemical which I have been informed would have damaged my paint work had it not been removed immediately. This could possibly be a good business but with animals like that working there I beg you not to try and find out. I have come to a rival business where I have been welcomed by true gentleman. SKETTY CAR WASH you could learn a lot from UPLANDS CAR WASH !!!

Very disappointing experience. While I was waiting in the queue, one of the workers directed me to move next to another car. As soon as I did, the manager started shouting at me for being there. I explained that one of his staff had told me to move, but he rudely told me to "leave." As I was driving away, he sprayed jet wash water onto my car and said, "Go, I don't want to fight." Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this car wash.

Had my car cleaned—inside and out. They didn't do a great job inside. They basically polished the dirt in without wiping it down first. When I said I wasn't happy, they were just miserable about it. If you do not enjoy your job, don't bother doing it—simple £25 for a poor job

Very disappointing experience at Sketty Car Wash. I had to wait much longer than expected, which was already frustrating. When my car was finally taken, they only cleaned the outside. When I politely asked for interior cleaning as well, the staff member bluntly refused, saying they “don’t do inside cleaning.” However, I could clearly see other cars receiving interior cleaning at the same time. I’m not sure what the reason was for this different treatment, but it felt unfair and discriminatory. The attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this place to others.

AVOID! The car looked as if it hasn’t been done, with streaks of soap and dirt everywhere. Absolute waste of time and money.

Absolutely shocking dont bother with this place. Very rushed and finished my car to a shocking standard soap marks still all over the car

Misleading prices on the board be careful!! Car is a 4x4 but price showed door trims and wheels included when it came to it they argued and wouldn’t do it but wanted the higher amount of money! When I got home the clean was awful loads of parts missed. Very poor would never use again

Best car wash in the area been going here for years always sort me a discount as I’m a returning customer. Would definitely recommend. 👍👍👍

They hiked up the price from £5 to £7 for my small audi A1 after they had finished the job . Won't use them again. Also they need lessons in dealing politely with customers . Be careful because they will rip you off .
